You won't regret it!
Opmerkingen: I have been very satisfied w/ Magazine Manager; the program, reaching and tracking support has improved immensely; training availability and said category for training can be suited for individual needs.
Pluspunten:
They are making it so you can have one program that does the job of many. It's my CRM, it's my task manager, it handles my email marketing, keeps me informed of my team's progress; helps w/ me a/r; which has saved our company time and money in getting rid of programs no longer needed, reaching a larger client base and in staying on top of our collections. They offer regular training not just on their crm but sales trainings by their team as well as outsiders, like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They are constantly improving their system;
Minpunten:
That I can't make groups on the fly; that invoices can't reference an ad name; that we can't track when a client open's an email. however, when I come up with these instances these can either provide me with a work around or they are in the midst of solving that issue.

Super intuitive and user friendly. Amazing customer support and quick resolutions to any questions or issues. Highly recommend this CRM to any magazine or publication.
Minpunten:
Can have some challenges with integrations with Outlook.

Good CRM Software
Opmerkingen: Magazine Manager definitely helps our business run smoothly. Would recommend to others, but I hope that MM will improve their customer service and support venues.
Pluspunten:
Magazine manager helps us keep our contacts and orders organized and all in one place.
Minpunten:
Help files tend to be very outdated, so there is a lot of reliance on tech support, which is usually good but can be a bit of a struggle depending who you speak to. "Updates" don't always make a lot of sense - sometimes make things more difficult.

Agencies are not connected to Clients. I can go the client page to find the agency, but unable find the client on the agency page.

Thank you for the great review! Regarding your comment about Agency records, users can see associated Contact records in the 'Ad Agency Company List' section on the Agency record. If you do not see this section, it can enabled through the Page Layout settings available in the Action Panel on an Agency Record. Should you need assistance or have any further questions, you can reach out to your software consultant, and they would be more than happy to help you!

Opmerkingen: Overall I am quite happy with the change, and look forward to growing with magazine manager and learning the new features that they are constantly adding on a regular basis.
Pluspunten:
I finally found a CRM that was built for the publishing industry that we didn't have to pay someone a lot of money to build out. They are constantly doing updates to make it or intuitive and friendly.
Minpunten:
Sometimes it is more complicated than it needs to be, or they haven't completely developed certain aspects they are still under development.
