Great tool to assist with recruiting and hiring processes

Neogov made all the processes easier for me to carry them out in a faster and more orderly manner, the incorporation of employees is better planned and with perfect monitoring. The entire human resources area is much easier to manage in a single system without the need to have the information on several platforms

It provides confidence in having all the information saved, there is nothing that I dislike

Looks great, but lacks function
Opmerkingen: My overall experience with NeoGov has been horrible. At first, it seemed like a great product. However, after using it for approximately one year now, I've grown to hate this product, simply because it does not work properly. I've tried using it on multiple browsers and devices, but still site performs poorly.
Pluspunten:
I initially loved the GUI of this site. It was easy to navigate and seemed like a great tool for managing productivity, communicating with my superiors, and managing my goals and objectives.
Minpunten:
Pages have insanely long load times, and often, never load at all.

Pluspunten:
Insight: This is the product I use the most and it has greatly helped me in my job as a Recruiting Manager. I can take a candidate from the beginning all the way to date of hire in one platform. The functionality is very easy. The process also has features to promote diversity and reduce bias which is VERY important to me and the role I serve in the organization.
Minpunten:
Customization of the PAF is tricky and I wish there were more work arounds to get this form to look that the one we use in our organization. Specifically, we cannot have gender and ethnicity on our PAFs. Very interesting since you organization is promoting inclusivity.

Pluspunten:
The ability to track applicants within our multiple agencies that comprise the WVDOT. The tracking details are a great resource not only for historical purposes but also for training new staff.
Minpunten:
OHC/Insight lack of communication. The ability to easily pull data from the system to help with our report requests.
