The user experience, software feels and looks old, good use major UI enhancements. Wish there was offline app capabilities

Great product for employee move management
Pluspunten:
Easy to make and see real time changes made for employees moving locations. Good customer support / very helpful and friendly staff
Minpunten:
Slow at times Sometimes product can be a little glitchy.

Great Team, Great Product
Opmerkingen: It's a great product and would recommend it. The only comment I'd make is the customer support could be tightened up.
Pluspunten:
It's a hugely intuitive system which has made the rollout to the wider user base much easier. Most users can be trained with a 25 minute video we recorded.
Minpunten:
The only real downside is the speed of the reporting module. The functionality is great, but it's terribly slow.
Excellent product that has help us improve operational efficiencies.
Pluspunten:
Relatively easy to learn and use. Excellent and knowledgeable product support team. Easy to teach to others within our organization. Non-facility related groups have approach us to use the system to manage their asset inventories. That has worked well and they now connect assets with space.
Minpunten:
Relationships between database tables can, at times, be challenging to manage especially if not experienced in the use of databases. Product has become more popular and, as a result, support personnel respond slower. Additional support personnel would be beneficial.
