Overcomplicated and cumbersome
Opmerkingen: As a manager, I've got used to enterprise software being slow, not user-friendly, and overcomplicated but oracle raised this to the next level. The amount of navigation and clicks to achieve basic tasks is outstanding and this application is a real productivity killer.
Pluspunten:
I can't really think of a feature I genuinely like.
Minpunten:
Navigation is barely usable, does not support opening links in new tabs, the back button of the browser sometimes crashes the application, in the breadcrumb, not sure where it navigates. No support to see or edit the relevant information in an easy way. If I have to query something for all the team members, I have to open everyone separately instead of being able to see basic, relevant info (absences, working hours, etc) all at once. Slow and has bugs everywhere Not user-friendly at all, the controls, the workflows, nothing follows modern UX/UI standards, it's the hostile architecture of software design
