Best property management assistant!
Opmerkingen: Buildium has helped to share the Rental Owner Statement with the clients, by directly providing them access to it, which allows them to view their rental income details. This software doesn't have much complications as compared to other Property Management software.
Pluspunten:
1. Buildium is the one of the best software for Rental and property management accounting 2. It is fast and reliable. 3. It enables convenient emailing.
Minpunten:
There are very less limitations to Buildium, it just sometimes, seems quite time consuming.

Pluspunten:
Online payments are a game-changer. Owner/tenant/HOA access allows each respective person the ability to view important reports and property status in real-time. The property database is completely searchable from anywhere on the site.
Minpunten:
The task feature is a bit wanting. It's good for what it is, but dedicated project management or to-do list applications work just as well or better in most cases.

The ease of use is first, tenants also find it easy. Like the features of all aspects of property management and report generation abilities.
Minpunten:
Still not comfortable using the Accounting features as we are used to other software for full-fledged accounting. Tried it but this aspect can be improved a bit.

Poor customer service, almost impossible to change bank accounts.
Opmerkingen: It is very frustrating that customer service tells you to do the incorrect things that end up costing you time and money.

Good owner and tenant portal. Clean website for the property managers.
Minpunten:
The customer service takes a long time to get ahold of. When you finally get through, they often tell you incorrect information. No Quickbooks integration.

Pluspunten:
The system is easy to launch, use, and explain to owners and tenants. Has made my life so much easier! Online tenant portal and app allows tenants to communicate about their property and make payments. Owners have their own access which allows them to see their statements and reports. Makes the entire process simple and easy! Runs my entire property mgmt company!
Minpunten:
Right now, I am very satisfied with this software! They are constantly updating and adding new features.
