I signed up for the quickbooks live trial did not realize that there would be no availability for appointments. At the advice of their support team, I signed up for an appointment in the future, but when it came time for the appointment, they canceled on me because my trial was over. Ridicules to offer a trial that does not even provide access to the service that is being trial. Upon talking with their support later, they said they are unable to reinstate my trial.
