Propertyware is the heart of our office operations
Opmerkingen: I have used and supported Propertyware in our franchise offices for over 5 years and have seen great progress in the features and services provided. They have adapted the core code to fit our specific needs.
Pluspunten:
I provide ongoing support to our franchisees. Propertyware was customized to how we do business and is designed to help our offices automate their processes. There is a very good customer support department but for our company specific questions, they call me. If I can't help them, I have a dedicated support technician I can contact.
Minpunten:
It is a work in progress. New features are being added and at times it is hard to keep up with the changes.

Opmerkingen: This software saves me time, and this is ALWAYS a good thing.
Pluspunten:
The accounting aspect is critical and Propertyware nails it. I do wish you didn't need to be an actual accountant or bookkeeper to figure out how to make adjustments. This part is difficult and can take a lot of time to figure it out.
Minpunten:
The Statements need to be more customized. I have several owners that are LLC's that want to see their Reserves broken out on their monthly statements.

Propertyware Opinions
Opmerkingen: We are currently growing in unit volume and it is becoming a bit less efficient to use the software with the amount of properties we are currently managing.
Pluspunten:
I like the overall abilities we are able to use, especially the different reports we are able to generate.
Minpunten:
I would like to be able to use a more multi-family friendly software. I believe propertyware is geared more towards single family units.

Accountability, ease of using, support is helpful.
Minpunten:
Sometimes the support staff isn't knowledgeable. It would be nice if they also worked on Saturday. The property management company should get paid a percent of credit card processing.

Great Property Management Software
Opmerkingen: Great in many levels. Awesome if used hand in hand with the resident portal. The resident portal gives it great meaning.
Pluspunten:
Property management friendly. Easy to work with, unique for universal in compare to other PM softwares
Minpunten:
Text messages does not have a real use. Even though it could be a great tool, it is not functional within PW.
