Le logiciel est très intuitif et facile à utiliser. Les rapports sur les budgets sont détaillés, ce qui réduit considérablement le risque d’erreurs dans les factures. De plus, les personnes avec qui nous collaborons sont extrêmement réactives via messages.

Minpunten:

Parfois, on constate des erreurs de traduction, des fautes d’orthographe ou des incohérences dans les dates des documents.

Opmerkingen: Very good, very helpful team, always willing to help and the constant updates and upgrades of the platform are very helpful also.

Pluspunten:

- Ability to upload documents easily, and edit them once uploaded ie the name, category, date etc. - The country flags next to the entity names - The easy search function for different entities - The overall look of Klea is very appealing and user friendly - The customer service is 10/10, always quick and willing to help and to try to integrate suggestions and ideas

Minpunten:

- It could be helpful to have more data export options ie only export active entities/entities from only a few specific regions (I know this can be filtered on the excel after having been downloaded so I am being picky) - Ability to give team members access to the documents of people without having to give them editing rights
