IT team should be determined to set the system for you demands. For example i didn't like the configuration of production normatives which are really complicated and they can't be defined exacly for selected product or order - you have to choose one normative from implemented, you can't just type 10000 pieces / hour and 1 hour set up time. Not cool. Second - JDF compatibility - probably it need to be developed - we made some test and nothing is working corectly yet .
