Great for every team size, easy automatization

Opmerkingen: Overall I have a good experience with using the software. I really like the team they help in everything that they can. I think they could use a bigger development team so besides keeping up with the updates from Microsoft, they could get the new features out sooner. It has the potential to be the best (if it is not already...). If they keep up with the continuous updates and new features, the great support, I think they can be the one for this sector.

Pluspunten:

The user interface is easy to use, understandable With the API you can easily intergrate it into your system There are always new intergrations with software vendors You can easily automate things and manage your customer base It has a really great, helpful support team

Minpunten:

If you use the Interworks-hosted version of it, sometimes you just get an update applied to it automatically before you see a release note or get an email notification Sometimes it feels like the software updates are applied without testing first to see if the update breaks anything in the system

Interworks Cloud Platform

Opmerkingen: Overall we have a great relationship with Interworks, and they have been with us every step of the way to assist where they can with issues, and are always keen in our ideas with the platform, I do feel they have suffered from a small development team and have not been able to push out as much value-add as they have been busy keeping up with Microsoft updates. However my overall impression is they want to help and they are very quick to respond to any major concerns and assist in us in reaching our goals.

Pluspunten:

One of my favourite parts of using Interworks is how easy it was setup and start working with the software and can quickly deliver a storefront and self-service experience to our customers. Since using it I have been impressed with the delivery of new Microsoft features available in the platform and these have been in-live with Microsoft release dates.

Minpunten:

One of the downsides to the platform is the time it takes to update pricing and products when they pulled din via the new service definitions, there are so many steps in this process and if 1 tick box gets forgotten you can end up not adding products to storefront, we recently discovered we had nearly 300 add-ons not displayed, and there is no bulk way of adding these as storefront items, so we would have to click on each individual item and enable storefront. This seems to be a a problem with the overall updating of products and notifications where it is very time consuming to keep things up to date and to edit details, there needs to be more bulk options to enable features and add product images specifically for Add-ons.

Opmerkingen: Have a dedicated mail folder just for correspondences regarding Interworks issues/errors...it's that much of a problem

Pluspunten:

I don't like anything about this platform

Minpunten:

Lack of customization when invoicing. Creating and modifying sales orders is an all or nothing proposition and automated reporting consistently fails

Opmerkingen: The solution is ease to deploy, great service and support from the technical Team, and best of all they are open to understand your requirements and to work to fulfill them.

Pluspunten:

The already built options for integrations with cloud vendors and backend information systems.

Minpunten:

For our products We needed some customizations that took longer than expected.
