While the platform is functional, I found some parts of the user interface to be slightly unintuitive. For instance, navigating between different sections of the assessment could be smoother with clearer labeling or instructions

I particularly enjoyed the ability to upload video responses allowing candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and share insights in real time.

The inability to go back or review an answer after submitting.

What about some feedback

Pluspunten:

Its fast and easy to use. It's very intuitive and I also guess is easy to set up from the company's side. I also guess there are different kinds of questions to be used. if not would be a great plus.

Minpunten:

Is always important to provide some sort of feedback to the user. I know is not common, nor good either to provide detailed feedback about the performance of the questions answered as percentages or right/wrong answers. Nonetheless, there are several ways to provide some sort of feedback to the user to improve the experience. E.g. % of people who had given you the same answer, you responded faster or slower than X% of the people, themed tips or interesting info about the question answered, etc.

A well structured and challenging interview

Opmerkingen: The interview was shorter than I expected and not quite as I imagined, but it was fine. I understand the logic test – it makes sense as they want to see how you handle pressure and I appreciate that aspect of the process.

What I liked the most was the innovative approach to interviewing future employees.

I was satisfied with how the interview went, even though it wasn't with a person. I actually find it efficient, as it allowed me to focus on the questions and respond in a clear and organized way.

Foundationally sound assessment

Opmerkingen: Overall it was a thorough assessment and a great measure for potential employees to see if they think the job is a great fit and employees can get a good census of applicants.

Pluspunten:

The different test throughout the assessment were great. Offering different types of test instead basic questions is a good way to guage potential employee's abilities.

Minpunten:

There were issues regarding allowing permissions when you get to the video portion.
