However, Jungle Scout recently changed this setting to 5 days without notification, moving the ability to customize that delay behind a $129/month subscription upgrade. As a result of this change, our Amazon review ratings dropped to approximately 70% over a four-month period before we identified the cause. Due to these practices, we have decided to stop using Jungle Scout entirely. We have since switched to FeedbackFive by eComEngine, which offers better features and lower costs for time-delayed feedback requests.
