Opmerkingen: Overall our experience has been great! All the automation saves us lots of time and makes us look more professional as well.
We like that it's cloud-based so we can access it from anywhere on any device at any time we choose. It's also very user-friendly for those taking reservations and the ability to easily take online reservations is great.
Can be a little challenging when making changes in the backend, but if we ever have any issues tech support walks us through it.

Opmerkingen: This has been easy to use and easy to navigate. The support team is literally a click away and has helped get everything set up and switched over from our old system.
I love how easy it is to navigate and that there are several different ways to make a reservation, as well as look up a reservation.
When you sign up for the beta version of the dashboard, it does not allow you to change the location. It stays stuck on somewhere in Florida, which is frustrating when you try to tell the weather to a guest.

Opmerkingen: Overall RMS is pretty good because I have learned now on how to use it and find it pretty comprehensive. I then train my staff. I don't call support that often. I find that my staff only want to know what is relevant to their jobs and don't want to take advantage of any of the other functions that could be super helpful. But at least one person in the office knows how to trouble shoot most issues.
I find that RMS has a lot of capabilities, but we don't necessarily use all of them. The main thing I find challenging is the Tarriff manager. I seem to have a lot of trouble with connecting with different OTAs. It's not perfect, but I don't know if any of them are. The support desk is very good at helping me troubleshoot problems and most of the time, we find a solution. I do think the system is glitchy though as I often have to refresh my page because it seems to have an unstable interface and doesn't show things on the screen correctly. But one thing I do like is that that you can work from anywhere and I love being able to help guests from home on my own computer.
Not enough training- would like options to go to a local workshop or class. Even if there was one in another town, I would really want the option to go there to learn more. There seem to be new features all the time, but no one to show us how they work.
The worst system and experience. Never ever RMS
Opmerkingen: I have been introduce with RMS connection on December 2022 name of sales [sensitive content hidden]. After introducing of the demo was promised -system have a great use on the computer and mobile version is responding perfectly(which was the most important to me) - set up takes few days and will be all,set up to the desired result - training team is professional - support is professional and responding 24 hours -system is fast -integration of the system and Quickbooks is free EctWhile I sign the contract and paid for the training fee 1700 dirham I quick start completing all papers I was asked for. However once training started, after 2 session the team stopped as many options was not set properly. I have kept waiting for months and no one getting back to me. I have re call and recall and finally I had response that the training will restart on June 2 , 2023 (6 month after the sign of the contract) Thought ok and had fixed a meeting with new training team this time name [sensitive content hidden]. From the first day of training the things has stopped working again. Many errors coming, many things are not set, cleaning fees, financial parts. Anyway keep going till [sensitive content hidden] fixed some and again very pation 3 to 4 days to be done. Fail to connect any of OTA. They will never respond again
Nothing. Was totally a disappointing from the start, the system the team, the help is zero. Unprofessional
Nothing to like, the promises are fake, they will take the money from you and sent you to very unprofessional people. Fail to connect and over booking a lot. Picked wrong prices.

I really enjoy how many features the system holds. It takes a while to learn but the system really has options for every application. Ease of use is not always simple but customer support is very helpful
It is tricky to know exactly where to go to streamline working through an issue. Most errors are solvable and explainable it’s just learning where to look.
