The platform has been updated with our branding and we have been able to adapt programmes and templates to our specific requirements. It is user friendly, not only from an administrator point but for our members also. Packed with helpful resources and videos to guide users through every step of their journey, together with good reporting tools for us!

No major problems - we’re very happy with the platform and recently made some changes to further optimise it which were readily accepted and quickly implemented by the PLD Team

It has helped us to facilitate nearly 500 mentees compared to 200 mentees, so we've been able to increase the number of young people we support annually by over 100%

Hi Kevin, we do have an extensive tracking and reporting fuction within the platform so please do get in touch if there is something you feel you are unable to track and monitor.

A brilliant mentoring platform
Opmerkingen: Very positive, from inception to launch the team were great and continue to support us as and when needed. The platform is modern, easy to use and fully customisable.
Pluspunten:
It is very user friendly and simple to navigate and has helped bring 15 Local Authorities pool their resources to enable cross council mentoring. The support team are also brilliant.
Minpunten:
The lack of ability to use one email address for both admin and mentor/mentee sign up.
