Pluspunten:
As a small business owner, I am always looking for ways to improve and streamline my operations, and Bigin has been a major game changer for me. I discovered this software when investigating several CRM solutions, and I must say, I am delighted I did. It checks all the boxes for me and my team, from its robust features to its affordable cost. The pros are many, but I will highlight a few. Its usability is unparalleled, especially for non-technical team members. Its price plans are not only reasonable but also flexible, with a variety of alternatives available for enterprises of various sizes. Lastly, its extensive integrations with Zoho's range of business tools make it a one-stop shop for all of my business requirements.
Minpunten:
While there are several benefits, there are a few drawbacks to consider. First and foremost, the mobile app could be improved, notably in terms of speed and navigation. Second, reporting might be more thorough and user-friendly. Third, I wish there were more options for customising the lead capture form. Finally, the setup procedure can be intimidating, especially for those new to using CRM's like one of my team member had to go through.

CRM that delivers a lot for a fair price
Opmerkingen: Briefly my total experience was great. In 3 months I tested at least CRM's for my company, which is small and Bigin was the most assertive of all. It helped me a lot the days I used it, and I intend to continue using it.
Pluspunten:
What I liked the most were the automations. They critically optimize my time and help me control my funnels of different prospecting strands.
Minpunten:
I think the only two issues I miss the most are more integrations to the CRM and the slightly more laborious way of exporting lists to the system. Nothing too complicated either, but it makes a slight difference.

Bad experience with Bigin
Opmerkingen: It was good & i was very happy till i found all my accounting data was not integrated and had to add contacts manually

The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do. They promised to integrate with books but they also suggested to use zoho flow another paid application. This is not fair as why should i keep paying for applications, they should have offered zoho flow for free as it is their fault when CRM is not integrated with books/accounting

How you manage your CRM

A program with good features for CRM management, suitable for small and large companies, offers a free trial and a free version, easy to operate, and facilitates the management of reports and data.
Minpunten:
It is a good platform, but it needs to improve its work on mobile. Adding new options will make the program faster and more suitable for companies with a large number of employees.
