Best CRM for Startups and Small Business
Opmerkingen: Easy to use, app is easy to read and use on our cell phones. We were up and running with BIGIN in one day.
Pluspunten:
Easy to setup with industry specific template, in our case we used the "Education" template, easy to upload data from spreadsheets, and from forms on our Website.
Minpunten:
Would like a way to better organize files for each customer.
Eerder overwogen alternatieven: HubSpot CRM
Redenen om voor Bigin by Zoho CRM te kiezen: Prior CRM to cumbersome to setup and did not offer the same flexibility as Bigin did.

Redenen om over te stappen op Bigin by Zoho CRM: Bigin offered more flexibility, was easier to setup, and lower cost as well.
Very simple and useful
Opmerkingen: Started using it, haven't fully mastered it yet, but I can see that it's a very useful program for a handyman. Tried other CRMs, but this one is the most convenient so far.
Pluspunten:
Simple and very useful, easy to schedule appointments, affordable
Minpunten:
Need integration with Thumbtack, I’m having some difficulties setting up the ability to send SMS, or maybe I just haven’t figured it out yet.
Bad experience with Bigin
Opmerkingen: It was good & i was very happy till i found all my accounting data was not integrated and had to add contacts manually
Pluspunten:
Integration with GSuite Tasks / Calendar
Minpunten:
The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do. They promised to integrate with books but they also suggested to use zoho flow another paid application. This is not fair as why should i keep paying for applications, they should have offered zoho flow for free as it is their fault when CRM is not integrated with books/accounting

Great Value for Money for SME's

Pluspunten:
Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, i found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 YEAR of Bigin. for a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes sense for me.
Minpunten:
User interface could be nicer - green is a funny colour to use for business

Ease of use. Easy to set up, easy to navigate the apps, both desktop and mobile.
Minpunten:
Lack of reporting module. You can export views, but no real reporting module.
