> **Pluspunten**: The overview of the agendas in ProAgenda is great and easy to use, all professionals in one environment. It helps us to fill all empty spots in a split second. We use a lot of group booking, once these are up and running it takes only little time to fill the agenda and get it going.

> **Minpunten**: The combination with administration is difficult for us. I would prefer one system (if possible) with everything in it. Booking, admin, etc. An easy to use mailing tool (with mailchimp) will help for sure if we can make them in a professional way.
> 
> Overall we are satisfied with the product so far. Obviously it is being improved on a daily basis so it will get better and better. For now it's helping us making the best out of the Golf Academy. We experience little trouble with ProAgenda. It works 99,9% of the time and if there is any problem we call the helpdesk and they will fix it.

> **Pluspunten**: I like it’s simplicity and ability to link to online payments. These features help greatly along with the ability to have a master user who can oversee everything in your Academy.

> **Minpunten**: Reporting is basic and still needs some more work in my opinion, it would be good to view reports on mobile also.
Packages and how they report also needs looking at with costs not breaking down in reports correctly at the moment.
Packages could also be more prominent on the page and have direct links on mobile like they do on a pc and the same with register now being more prominent.

I would really like to see the reporting tweaked to make finance analysis easier and less manual.
