The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the calendar makes it easy to plan workouts, appointments, and client activities. > > **Minpunten**: The main downside for me is the limited customization of the client app. I would like more options to personalize the client side of the user interface and overall look and feel to better match my own brand and coaching style. More customization of colors, layouts, branding, and the client experience would make the app feel more personal and professional. Especially for coaches running their own business, this would add even more value for money to the platform. > > My overall experience with Everfit has been very positive. It gives me one central platform to manage workouts, client communication, progress tracking, habits, nutrition, and scheduling. Combined with good security responsive customer support. Everfit provides strong value for money. Most importantly, it allows me to spend less time managing different systems and more time focusing on my clients and their coaching. ----- ### "Powerful Coaching Platform That Scales With You" — 5.0/5 > **Niels** | *4 mei 2026* | Gezondheid, wellness en fitness | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: I’ve been using Everfit for my online coaching business, and overall it’s been a strong, reliable platform that helped me level up how I deliver programs and manage clients. Everfit really shines when it comes to structure and professionalism. The workout builder is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to create programs that actually look and feel high-end for clients. The client app experience is smooth — everything from tracking workouts to messaging feels streamlined and modern. Another big advantage is scalability. Whether you’re working with a handful of clients or growing toward a larger roster, Everfit supports that transition well. Features like on-demand programs and automated flows (once set up properly) allow you to move beyond just trading time for money. I also like that it keeps everything in one place — training, communication, progress tracking — which reduces friction for both coach and client. > > **Minpunten**: Pricing can feel a bit layered. As your business grows, you’ll likely need add-ons (like advanced automation or higher client limits), and those costs stack up quickly. > > Overall, my experience with Everfit has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that allows you to present your coaching in a professional, premium way while giving you tools to grow beyond just 1-on-1 sessions. It’s not the cheapest or simplest option out there, but if you’re serious about building a structured coaching business and scaling it, it’s absolutely worth it. The key is to actually use its full potential — otherwise, you’re underutilizing what you’re paying for. ----- ### "Prefect platform" — 5.0/5 > **Robin** | *16 september 2026* | Sport | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Very friendly interface and easy to understand. Takes 5 minutes to understand the whole platform and get going. > > **Minpunten**: Nothing I dislike about the platform. Some very minor things regarding loading time of the website from time to time. But thats just cherrypicking at this point. > > Great platform to keep in touch with your clients and help them progress. They keep on innovating and developing. ----- ### "Best software i've used in 8+ years of coaching" — 4.0/5 > **Kris** | *30 augustus 2025* | Gezondheid, wellness en fitness | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: I like how simple it is to use, i like the ai feature for creating workouts, and i like the on-demand option too for expanding my business to 1\>many in the future. > > **Minpunten**: I think the 'tasks' feature could be improved. it takes a while if i want to schedule tasks each day for a client. For example I often schedule habits for them but it takes a while to do so. The price too i guess. > > It's by far the best software i've used for coaching. it's easy to navigate and i've never had a client complain about it. again, huge fan of the on-demand feature. ----- ### "Everything you need for building a fitness business" — 5.0/5 > **Juni** | *18 november 2024* | Gezondheid, wellness en fitness | Aanbevelingsscore: 9.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Creating training plan, and adding clients is easy to do. I love the customizeable forms. > > **Minpunten**: It can be a bit buggy sometimes, very rarely. That 3 forms is not allowed.. > > Overrall I love it, from crearing training and nutrition plans, to having easy check in process. Great customer service and especially at the beginning it was great to have someone guide me for a momth with 15min calls. ----- Pagina: 1 / 18\ Volgende: [Volgende pagina](https://www.capterra.nl/software/202837/everfit?page=2) ## Links - [Bekijk op Capterra](https://www.capterra.nl/software/202837/everfit) ## Deze pagina is beschikbaar in de volgende talen | Locatie | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Gestructureerde gegevens
