Opmerkingen: When collaborating with overseas partners for technical intervention, there's often a challenge with getting a sense of the actual situation. VSight has made it possible with AR features and high resolution photo sharing with annotations.

There's no need to install any software on mobile phone or laptop and it's very easy to use. With Vsight, we have set up technical intervention with a few different countries within minutes.

Simplified layout, cloud based application. Working with rooms. Video call quality, file sharing, ability to take control of the remote device to take pictures. Quick sharing of call invitations & links to calls contents.
Minpunten:
Some issues with stability on some devices. Loss of communication during calls, sometimes the device could reconnect, sometimes complete restart of the device was required. This could be generated by the device and not by the VSiight Remote app itself...
