Opmerkingen: I start using it to learn french and in the begining it help me a lot because i was only studying vacubalary. But in the with the passing of time when i wanted to do more complex card i can't so i have to use other software for that poruse

All the features are easy to use. I love that they include the funtion to search other users study sets so you can use it too. Also all the study modes that it have really help you changing your study type.

Minpunten:

A lot of the most interesting features that it have are restricted to the premium version so for simple study cards its okay but if you want something more elaborated ones you will be very limited.

Quizlet’s quick engagement

Opmerkingen: Overall this is a classic tool in my teaching toolkit. I use it for teaching vocabulary, revision study skills and gamifying learning.

Pluspunten:

The ability to share and customise sets. Students can create their own or I can modify existing sets. The revision activities are engaging and the team options inspire collaboration.

Minpunten:

It isn’t as aesthetically engaging as some other quiz sites for young people.

Opmerkingen: Quizlet has been a game changer in my classroom. I love the excitement it brings into our classroom, along with the great practice.

Quizlet is easy and fast to use, and the students love using it. The best part is it is a great tool to help students review vocabulary! As a teacher, I love the Quizlet Live part of the tool. The excitement it brings is amazing!

Integrating quizlet was very easy. It is a very simple application and can be used for many things; learning strategies, testing learning, reviewing items, etc.

Minpunten:

I felt like there were some issues with the reporting tool and advancing different things. I wanted to do interactive style quizzes, but quizlet didnt offer that. Although it had interactive features and gamification, it wasnt as much as an application like Kahoot or Quizizz

Opmerkingen: Quizlet was such a help to me as a study guide for my Medical Assisting recertification. I had not been to school in 30 years, so the practice tests gave me a chance to practice test taking again!

Such a great tool to help study for an exam!

I love using this as independent review and practice. It also gives me data for what students missed. There is a large library of already created resources to choose from.

I do not enjoy doing this live because when a student finishes they sit and wait.

Digital reviews allow students to own their learning and review key vocabulary. I also like the feature where students can create their own digital flash cards.

Some of the features are dated. Maybe Quizlet can update their digital games/functions for student vocabulary review.

Power of flashcards

Pluspunten:

We have been judiciously using Quizlet in our classes and seeing benefits of it in rote learning and making vocabularies more memorable. Context is quite important in making vocabulary be there for you whenever you need so Quizlet can help you remember with vivid images and clever content. I like colloboration opportunities and user created content as well.

Minpunten:

Not much but user created content may be low quality so you need to be judicious and choose the content carefully when offering your students.

Opmerkingen: Quizlet really helped me feel comfortable for an upcoming test and I recommended it to a coworker that was taking a similar required test.

I loved that I was able to use Quizlet to help me prep for a test that I needed for my job. It is important to pass the test and Quizlet helped me review the material.

Opmerkingen: Quizlet is a very helpful tool for students, not only before exams.

Pluspunten:

I used Quizlet to learn almost every subject at the university. Big advantage it that it is possible to share the projects with your classmates which saves them (and you) a lot of time. Everyone can find a way of learning he/she prefers (e.g. matching cards, consecutively browsing flashcards, etc.

Minpunten:

For students it is pretty expensive tool and the free version is limited (for example it is not possible to put photos to the flashcards).

Opmerkingen: So since I am a high school student so I have a lot of apps that I use to ofc make my grades higher and use them for review. This is the easiest and best way to learn. I make flash cards for exactly every test. I promise if I didn’t had this app I would fail my bIM class cuz I hate bIM since I have to know many vocabulary so I just make flash cards in quizlet. Best app ever

Quizlet is an amazing learning tool

Opmerkingen: Overall, I will continue using Quizlet for memorization-based classes, as it is an interactive way to learn the course material. Also, the options to view study sets made by other students allows me to ensure that I know all the information necessary for a particular concept.

Pluspunten:

The feature I enjoyed the most with Quizlet is the various options available to study class materials such as fun interactive games like "Gravity", multiple-choice options, matching terms, etc. Quizlet was great for my classes that required memorization such as anatomy, physiology, and biology. I also enjoyed Quizlet's option to explore flashcard sets made by other students, which made it easy to compare sets and see if I missed any core concepts.

Minpunten:

The advertisements displayed on Quizlet can sometimes be distracting or get in the way while using the software. Also, some flashcards made by other users could have misspelled words or wrong information on them.

Quizlet is the app/website that helps me get through my classes easily. As I am a student, terms are inevitable. And as much as I love memorization, sometimes, memorizing things can be quite complicated. With the help of Quizlet, I can learn and memorize terms and concepts really easily that it's mind-blowing. They have a gamification-kind of learning, and I think that's what makes Quizlet one of the app/website that can really help students get ahead their peers. Of course, Quizlet is really famous for their flashcards. It's the best thing in Quizlet! You can study your flashcards with their variety of features: "Learn", if you are still aren't that familiar with your flashcards, "Write" for identification, "Spell" to test your spelling skills, and "Test", to test your familiarity with the flashcards! They even let you learn your stuff by playing. Using Quizlet drastically improved my familiarity with the terms used in my classes.

Opmerkingen: Quizlet is indeed a beneficial tool for everyone. It has an easy navigation interface, different review modes, and gamification tools which help users to learn and be prepared for their examinations. Not to mention the encouraging quotes shown in the screen, everytime you finished reviewing. Quizlet is such a big help!

What I really like about this software is that it helps me to prepare for tests. It also offers different review options depending on the lesson and how I learn best.

What I like the least about this software is that basic account is flooded by ads that can distract users' attention. Even though some of them are easy to ignore, but few seem overwhelming.

Opmerkingen: I had an overall great experience with Quizlet! I use it to study for every test and find it extremely helpful. I have recommended Quizlet to many other students.

Pluspunten:

Quizlet is a great study tool for individuals to use virtually! Using the "Create set" feature, users are able to make flashcards set for each course. Users are also able to organize their sets into folders which makes finding things extremely easy. Quizlet also makes memorizing definitions easier for students by incorporating different ways of studying. For example, users are able to use flashcards, test themselves and play study games!

Minpunten:

Although this app is very useful and user friendly, I wish that pictures could be added to flashcards. Unfortunately, without a premium version the user cannot add pictures or bold text in flashcards.

Helpful and essential especially when reviewing on a specific subject or course

Opmerkingen: Since my son is in grade school and monthly exam is always being held. When I review him and when I don't have an idea about certain topic, words or questions, quizlet is there to help us find answers

Quizlet is a highly underrated studying tool everyone should be using.

Opmerkingen: Before I got Quizlet I often found myself struggling when it came memory based topics and subjects. Using Quizlet was seamless and streamlined, meaning I didn't have to worry about anything but my study material. I found myself using its its flashcards anywhere I could fid the time, in between class sessions, during free time and even before going to bed. I believe more and more people should know just how amazing a software Quizlet is.

Pluspunten:

the flash cards were easily my favorite feature within the mobile app. Its allowed me to brush up, memorize and easily understand subjects that previously challenged me. That said, I believe the best part about it is the fact that it is free to use.

Minpunten:

Though highly understandable why they are incorporated, the Ads within Quizlet could be a distraction to students with shorter attention spans. I, for the most part, found no problem with them.

I use that platform personally for my webinars, courses, projects. Also, I used it as a student too. It is easy to create different tests, exams, quizes. Also, it is a great platform to practice.
