Super Practical

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use and super practical. I can clock in and clock out whenever and it tracks how much I have worked today and this week and shows how much I still need to work.

Minpunten:

So far there was nothing I did not like with flair

Broad functionality

Pluspunten:

We really like the broad feature set and the fast development of new functionalities that help us manage the whole HR processes in just one system.

Minpunten:

We are excited to soon use new implemented workflow processes for on-/offboardings.

Much space for improvement

Pluspunten:

The Recruiting tool with Kanban is very easy to unterstand.

Minpunten:

It is very difficult to change thing, when you want to change. I always have go search a lot. It is not intuitive.

Flair

Pluspunten:

- Simple time controlling and approval process of team member requests - Overview of absences

Minpunten:

- Home could be more informative with more relevant information (team info - who signed in already, who's under their time this week (like a runrate), upcoming holidays of your team) seems just not very relevant for me currently
