Wooly for influencers!
We use wooly the most to manage our exclusive communities and influencers. Revenue they generate, managing their personal and shareable codes, campaign completion, etc. Its a great resource for both influencers and our management team alike.
We do wish that Wooly had a way to track revenue faster. There are some discrepancies at times between wooly and Shopify.

The integration with the whole team is very streamlined and seamless. As a global brand, we had to invite multiple stakeholders, developers, directors into the conversation. The Wooly team has been extremely professional and supportive from Onboarding to Implementation. They've handled our questions/concerns with understanding and never felt the pressure to move forward contractually with them, but instead felt the support to grow our program with them.
The softwares reporting could be improved/more detailed, which I know the team is working on!
Roster / Wooly - Save your money
Opmerkingen: It's been a horrible experience since I signed on the dotted line. From there, they're very hard to get in touch with. I send an email to my customer rep explaining that the tool is not working, despite many requests-11 days later I receive a message saying we should have a meeting to see what's wrong. These guys lack the ability to empathize. If someone is paying you thousands of dollars for a broken tool, is it unreasonable to at least provide them with the bare minimum service to get it fixed?
The false promise is the best part. The hope that this product would work was my favorite time using it.
The product didn't integrate with my website. I paid an extra $500 for an "integration fee" with the promise the the tool would be integrated without me having to worry about anything. Despite paying that fee and monthly subscription fees has not prompted the service desk with any action to ensure that the tool is actually working. Customer service and functioning products are not a priority for this team. I've worked in the IT industry for years and have never seen such disappointing priorities. Any software developer knows that the value you bring your customers is paramount.
Amazing tool with an exciting future
Opmerkingen: The process from first contact to on-boarding and implementation was one of the best we have been a part of. Every question or concern has been answered and they have been there to make sure everything is set up correctly and running smoothly. We do several collaborations a month that we had to manually vet, approve and follow up with that entire process. With Wooly we are able to simplify our efforts and time all within the platform. It is incredible!
This platform has been very easy to use. I love that all of our social mentions are on one page and I can favorite those we want to look at later. The campaign creation process is very organized and easy to use. We imported our customer list and can easily match our customers and invite them to be brand ambassadors. We are so excited for what this will do for our brands.
We wish that we could make custom widgets. Right now it does not have that capability. You can't track or view instagram stories and it would be nice to have a way of doing that when you are mentioned in IG stories. Currently you have to be sent a screen shot.

Excellent customer service, clean and easy to use

What I appreciate most is that the daily functionality is simple and clean. The most important information is right at your fingertips, you don't have to go digging to find crucial data. I also truly appreciate my Customer Success manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. She is a completely wonderful asset, super responsive and helpful! She even helps me come up with ideas for campaigns.
It seems like there are frequent issues collecting data from Facebook, which I am sure relates more to Facebook's ever changing rules, I would also like to see Tiktok incorporated. We also see ambassadors becoming confused about signing up for an account vs signing in to an existing account, which leads to having to delete lost of extra/duplicate accounts.
