Wat is DocuSend?
Met de cloudgebaseerde print-naar-postdienst van DocuSend hoef je de deur niet meer uit. Het platform maakt postzegels, enveloppen, formulieren, arbeid, apparatuur en reizen naar openbare postbussen overbodig, zodat je veilig op je bureau/thuiskantoor kunt blijven. Gebruikers kunnen eenvoudig facturen afdrukken naar pdf-bestand(en) en deze uploaden. Je documenten worden de volgende werkdag verzonden. Er is geen minimum, geen verplichting en geen gegevensvereiste. Er is een gratis QuickBooks Online-app beschikbaar, evenals API-integratiemogelijkheden voor softwareontwikkelaars.
Wie gebruikt DocuSend?

DocuSend Saves us Time and Money!
Opmerkingen: Outstanding! Our invoices didn't quite match the return envelope within the window parameters and [sensitive content hidden] and her team quickly and easily (at least in my mind) came up with a solution and we've been using it now for 6+ years. We also recently switched billing software and that created a similar issue and a quick email to [sensitive content hidden] go that resolved no problem. Finally, we created a mass-mailing postcard campaign and didn't think twice who we were going to use - we scheduled a conference call with [sensitive content hidden] and she got us everything we needed to process the campaign.

Ease of use, upload feature for .pdfs, the review feature to delete or edit pages and addresses, all of it!
Minpunten:
There is nothing about DocuSend that I don't like.

Hi John, Did you check your DocuSend portal? In there you can see the Mail Trail information which shows you where your document is in the mail stream.
