Anytime I had a question they were very quick with a response or solution. Our organization loves this system and so do our customers and external auditors. It has allowed us to gain new business with how impressed the customers have been.

The large number of modules and features included are the highlight of this software. It has all the modules our organization require to ensure systems are functional, remain in compliance, while providing visibility and communication to our company. TRACKMEDIUM ensured our users were completely trained and the system was operational in a remarkably short amount of time. The team at TRACKMEDIUM has vast experience in Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and more.

Minpunten:

Not really any cons. For our company, the information for some reports when extracted to a pdf may be several pages depending on the report. TRACKMEDIUM has included very detailed instructions on how to create customized templates to extract that information. After creating the templates, our reports are now very succinct and presented in the way we like when extracted.

Opmerkingen: Our overall experience with TrackMedium has been very pleasant. All our needs have been meet with the software and we are using it for our Quality Management System.

Pluspunten:

The most used feature in TrackMedium for us is document control, this allows us to keep all our procedures in one place and also track all the changes made between revisions. Another highly used feature is change management, we can raise any change in this system and then use the options to make sure that all the required changes are thought about before the change is implemented. Being able to see a training matrix of all employees against the procedures makes showing auditors the training a lot easier.

Minpunten:

Due to the way that training is performed in our company we had to use the training schedules differently to how they were designed.

Effective and very efficient service

Pluspunten:

The best thing about this product is the possibilities of using different tools and the possibility to customise each of the tools, adapting them to the use required by each company.

Minpunten:

Sometimes, the flows required to approve or review documents are excessively complex.

Simples Solution for QMS

Opmerkingen: Trackmedium taken extra step as solution consultants, with design proposed to be customize on business requirements.
Trackmedium also extending their service on providing supports to integrate Escatec inhouse reports, give us full advantage to migrate the system without impact to customer and supplier.

Pluspunten:

Simple layouts and menu options, with no challenges for user to use on minimum trained. The configuration allow to make change of Form, Workflow, View and Escalations given the ability for organization to customize the design on own standards.

Minpunten:

Option lists registered in list not flexible enough to maintain the list. the deletion are limits, only allow to disable.
