In addition to that, it has many features to create boards, lists and diagrams.

> **Pluspunten**: The UI is clean and there is a lot of customization options with features like JQL, boards and projects. It's really easy to setup a project, a board, add people, and then customize the swimlanes however the team likes. This is for me a really important feature because even though we all follow agile, not everyone adopts the same principles and methodologies. Teams should be able to adapt the tool to their needs and that's a big step towards success. The reports are also ok, at least for a quick glance at the performance of a certain project (with burndown chart, velocity, etc.). I've also used the API for some automated actions, it works as expected for me.

> **Minpunten**: Bulk actions are quite hard to do. There are some easy actions (like moving a group of issues to a sprint) but if we try to do something more complex like closing a group of tasks as Done with a certain sub-status (ex. Cancelled, Won't Do, etc.) it's not easy for me at all. Finally, the pricing seems a bit high for smaller teams and starting companies.
