A formidable tool to organize your company's communication channels
Opmerkingen: We have used octadesk for a long time, and it has always been our ally to unite all our means of contact. We learned to communicate a little better with the octadesk support team and reduced our problems.
Pluspunten:
The biggest advantage of all is to unite numerous types of chat in one place. We use facebook, instagram, whatsapp chat and the virtual store's own chat. It has link with official whatsapp API. There are alternatives to register numerous users. The way in which it allows the creation of bots to pre-service customers is very intuitive.
Minpunten:
It has some instabilities that disconnect all social networks and it is necessary to reconnect from time to time. Sound alerts are considered weak by our team
