> **Pluspunten**: Good product to speed up the recruitment processes and automate some of the administrative tasks of recruitment (e.g. schedule interviews on a calendar).&#10;The interface is intuitive and easy to use. It allows many functions like surveys, requests for feedback, and data extraction for analytics purposes, although I have not tried all of these functions yet.

> **Minpunten**: From a Privacy perspective I appreciate the level of detail to which the system records any interaction between candidates' profiles, recruiters and other users. However, I have also encountered a few glitches where it looked like someone had viewed more data than they did intentionally, just because of how the interface shows profiles with PII as soon as you are logged in.&#10;When we flagged issues like this to Paradox IT support team, it was quickly explained and resolved. So while it is not a perfect product, I can see a lot of effort is being put from Paradox to improve the product further.

> This product is great for helping manage applicant flow, filter out non-eligible candidates, and integrates well with my calendar in order to schedule interviews on a schedule that works for me.  It does a nice job of storing notes on candidates so I have record throughout the interview process, and when/ if the same candidate decides to apply again at a later date.

We found it helpful to see a candidate profile that Paradox created for each candidate before interviewing. Automating the interview scheduling process was super helpful when it worked. Additionally, having  \[sensitive content hidden\]", the AI Recruiter, answer candidate questions before their interview is a great idea.

> **Minpunten**: Customer support has been an ongoing issue for us. We are a service industry franchise with a relationship with Paradox through our corporate office. We have been assigned points of contact within Paradox to help with setup, changes to the programming that we may require, and any troubleshooting. We used this software for a little over two years. During that time, we needed help mostly because of how complicated the user interface is. Our training materials for the software were basic, not particularly helpful for our model of the software, and significantly out of date by the time we received them. Our points of contact have been largely unresponsive. On average, it's taken us two days to get a response. When we were able to get a response to questions or concerns, problems were often fixed on the back-end without letting us know there was a resolution. Additionally, we had issues with " \[sensitive content hidden\]", the AI recruiter. Paradox was sold to us (for our purposes) as a "Set it and forget it" solution for small business recruitment and hiring. Set it up to collect candidates and screen them, and  \[sensitive content hidden\]" the AI recruiter will schedule their interview and answer any questions they have in the meantime. In reality, " \[sensitive content hidden\]" was borderline ineffective at answering candidate questions and just kept asking candidates to restate their questions. We went through the whole process of trying to fine-tune  \[sensitive content hidden\]'s answers, however the poor customer service and very complicated user interface resulted in this being a feature we ultimately never got to benefit from. I would have even preferred an option to opt-in to emails to hiring managers IF \[sensitive content hidden\] was unable to answer a question, however much that defeats the purpose in the first place, but to my knowledge that is not an option, and I've looked all over our user settings for features like this.

> We LOVE the Idea of Paradox as a "Set it and forget it" appoach to small business recruiting and hiring. However, the execution of this tool leaves a lot to be desired, and the poor customer service has resulted in us switching to another candidate manager software. We hire for a service job position. When we have a position to fill, the recruitment process can't just \*stop\* for several days when an issue arises with Paradox. Ultimately, the delay/nonresponse of customer service and the inability to solve issues ourselves (due to the complicated interface) led us to seek out other software that would better fill our needs.
