> **Minpunten**: Deceptive pricing. They increase the prices with no notification to users, and when you call them out on it, they threaten to delete your account and all your data. They increased their prices with no email notification to their users. They have two different pricing pages: one that you see when logged out (showing lower prices), and another you see when logged in (showing higher prices).

> Deceptive pricing, cannot be trusted: they increased their prices from $25 to $49 without notifying customers. When I called them out on it, they said they put a banner somewhere on their website. I never saw the banner and don't know why I would check for a banner once a month to make sure my subscription price doesn't increase?
