Opmerkingen: I will tell it in Dutch, Het was heel leuk om mee te experimenteren en het resultaat van perfect. Na het ontwerp opgeslagen te hebben en gedeeld met kennissen verwacht dat het logo makkelijk terug te halen is. Ik heb dat niet goed genoeg gedaan en het logo was niet terug te vinden. Met hulp van SMLogo is het gelukt het logo terug te vinden. Het was niet makkelijk voor SMLogo en we hadden het al opgegeven. Gelukkig heeft een medewerker EXTRA gezocht en ons ontwerp teruggevonden. Het logo was van VERALUX

It could be more simpel to chance the fond size en colors

Sometimes there are some logs that don't make any sense, just written. I don't see any sense in these.

Opmerkingen: Easy to create a logo, purchase and download the files. Easy to edit after - for color changes etc. and good customer service!

Pluspunten:

Smashinglogo made it super easy for me to create and edit a number of different logo ideas. I consider myself a novice in the graphics field but like to be creative. I was able to customize our logo to my liking as much as I wanted. It was also super cool to see suggestions for my design and to see it come to life as samples on a biz card or tshirt. The visuals throughout the process were great! The pricing is fair and I do recommend the top package - delivers a ton of value over the other companies.

My experience has been very positive! Maybe if I had to pick one thing it would be great to have a live chat feature for general questions.

Opmerkingen: As a business consultant and designer, at some point you grow this kind of 'gut feeling' to instantly know whether or not an organization is genuine, or just not there yet. I my personal view and experience, I think that the words of [sensitive content hidden] (original angel investor at Apple), 'You should never start a company with the goal of getting rich. Your goal should be making something you believe in and making a company that will last.' best resembles the feeling I get from this company. Typically companies need to find the best equilibrium between product leadership, operational excellence, and customer intimacy. Usually, companies have one main strategy, and one side strategy. But in my opinion, SMASHINGLOGO succeeds to excel in both product leadership, as well as customer intimacy. And that is a formula for success.

Pluspunten:

From a purchase point of view, you always search for getting the maximum value possible, for the price you pay. But these guys go beyond this. Usually a company has a good product, but lacks in customer intimacy. The fact that they manage to excel in both areas, reflects everything about the way this business is organized. And for me personally, that is the reason to choose for a company. So from this point of view, credits go to [sensitive content hidden], and leadership. Because attitude reflects leadership.
