Great way to keep up with client reviews
Opmerkingen: We send out review requests for new patients and other services to continue to build our business relationships and solve any potential problems.
Pluspunten:
Like to be able to intervene on poor reviews and correct issues before they get posted. It is also great to follow up with people and have our review management all in one place.
Minpunten:
Seems expensive for that we are doing. We also wish it was interpreted directly with our software for easier use.

Once you set up everything, you can pretty much sit back and watch your reviews come in. Auto responses are great; they keep you HIPAA compliant, and it gives you opportunity to reach out to unhappy patients.
Minpunten:
In my last practice, I set this up as automatic. When I brought my current practice on, I was told the automatic release was no longer an option. I was able to talk them into doing the automatic feature.

I think the biggest benefit we've noticed from using Doctible is the increase in reviews from patients. It's been hugely beneficial and has allowed us to maintain steady growth with new patients, even though we are not on PPO's.

We have had issues accessing our documents online previously, but those issues seemed to have been resolved.

Dental Offices Beware
Opmerkingen: If I could I would give this company 0 stars. There is something fishy about them. They have completely veiled their contact numbers, their emails, and any attempt to reach anyone with decision making authority is futile. We yielded to their way too aggressive, over-the-top offer of trying their patient communicator system for 30 days, and by day 28 we had encountered a technical problem that was disastrous for our patients, ie showing up on the wrong day and the wrong time. Like I mentioned above, getting ahold of anyone directly was futile and it took two days from the time we encountered this glitch to reach anyone, both y telephone and email. From that point on, it took another 13 days to get a ticket issued for technical support. By then, we are out of the 30-day trial period, and we have run out of patience to try to reach them. They are unyielding in nullifying our contract and refunding our money, so now we will take this up with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and all noteworthy and reputable dental associations. Consumer beware... this is a company that is run by a bunch of unprofessional amateurs, plagued by false advertising and their website is filled with inaccuracies. Probably wont be in business much longer than the 13 month contract signed.

Opmerkingen: DOCTIBLES HAS DEFINITELY KEPT PATIENT RETENTION AS PEOPLE DON'T FORGET THEIR APPOINTMENT AS OFTEN. EVEN BIGGER THAN THAT THOUGH, EVERY 2 MONTHS OR AFTER THE PATIENTS FIRST VISIT THEY SEND AN ATTACHMENT TO GIVE THE PATIENT THE OPTION TO EITHER REVIEW OR GIVE FEEDBACK TO OUR OFFICE ON WHAT WE CAN DO BETTER. THIS REVIEW GENERATOR HAS AMPLIFIED OUR NEW PATIENT'S LIKE NO OTHER PRODUCT. HONESTLY, WE HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT WHEN IT COMES TO REMINDERS/BLAST MESSAGING (GREAT DURING COVID TIMES), AND PATIENT REVIEWS. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS PRODUCT IT WORKS!!!! AND EVEN BETTER IT DOES NOT BREAK THE Bank.

THE FEATURE I LIKE THE MOST IS A TIE FOR TEXT MESSAGE REMINDERS AND THE PATIENT REVIEWS. THIS HAS GENERATED SO MANY ONLINE LEADS FOR US! AND TO SEE THE BEAUTIFUL FEEDBACK OUR PATIENTS HAVE FOR US IS IN ITSELF SUCH A GREAT Tool.
