Amazing support!
Opmerkingen: I love following the Facebook user group because the developers are actively engaged and super responsive. If someone says, I wish it could..." they either respond immediately with specific directions to use a function that is already available, or they let you know how soon we can anticipate seeing this feature added.

Opmerkingen: Financial Cents has been an amazing addition to our up and coming CPA Firm. It is help us be organized with our clients information but with our workflow. I love the constant updates from the FC team and really love the customer engagement they have through Zoom meetings and social media groups.

Opmerkingen: From the initial discovery call to the onboarding, the experience has been good. It really is easy to set up and they provide so many training videos to guide you along.

How quick and easy it is to implement. We were up and running in a week, so that didn't impact our productivity and we still have training sessions left.

We haven't encountered anything yet that we don't like. This software has helped improve our workflow 100%.

Opmerkingen: Solved Pain points- 1 Pain, Hundred of emails from 1 client.. who has multiple businesses. So to assign an email to the exact Project Legal entity very helpfull. Ability to Copy in my Text SMS messages from Client- Time entry is great allows 10 minute intervals.
Pluspunten:
Automation within tasks, Subtasks. Manual Timesheet Entry and also a timer for current time entry. Great Client Portal- Easy link to Client documents
Minpunten:
Needs improvement ON client portal for clients to open up standard files. MS Office word and excel, and PDF Files - 1 click and file opens in APP. -

Streamlining Bookkeeping to leave room for more Advisory
Pluspunten:
I don't have to chase clients nearly as much with their to-do lists and client portals set up. They can ask questions, and I can add accountability tasks for clients for them to be reminded automatically, and everything is pretty customizable - including the reminder emails.
Minpunten:
It's still growing and missing features like bulk movement in their document system, but they're working on it. They're great at listening to end-user input.

I like that it is specific to accountants and has features that other task managments don't have. I like the interface, that it is simple and easy to use.

I think there could be more systems that could be created to even better support accountants. I think having reaccuring tasks would help in projects.
Client Reminder emails saves time

Best Workflow Software Out There
Opmerkingen: So far amazing. The product works beautifully. No bugs. It's fast and reliable.
Pluspunten:
Love the speed of this cloud based product. It is so fast, it makes managing products really easy and prevents the build up of neglected project tasks being used. I also love the ease of use and it's very bug free. I rarely have issues.

No ability to invoice yet. I hear it's in development for 2024.

The client portal (need a place to put client deliverables, this is a feature that will be coming) and document management systems don't function in a way that suits what I want. They are very similar to other similar systems like TaxDome, Canopy and Karbon, I am just very particular in these spaces. I like using CaseWare for document management

Financial Cents has been a great tool for us. The features that it offers like client work tracking, document storage, and time tracking have helped with the efficiency and organization of our work. It has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use and integrate, making it an excellent choice for improving operational productivity in accounting practices. I highly recommend it.

For small firms or individual practitioners, the cost of Financial Cents might be a consideration. But the features are worth it and you really get the value of what you pay for.
Bookkeeping Efficiency Unlocked
Pluspunten:
Making the swap over from Asana. Really excited to have an all-in-one solution specific to bookkeeping. FinancialCents will combine multiple software we currently use (asana, boomerang, lastpass, etc). We are always looking for ways to efficiently get our work done, FinancialCents was the obvious next step. The AI emails is extremely helpful, along with auto email sending once a task is completed. Automation is key.

FinancialCents is continuously making changes based on feedback from it's users. At this point I have no complaints.

Pluspunten:
It is easy to use and navigate around different pages. I love the timer. It in a great location that is hard to miss and helps you use it! The tasks are amazing! So helpful and you can assign tasks to different people! Projects are wonderful as well! Being able to change an email into a project is a game changer! Projects just makes the flow easier and consistent. I also love having a link to family members and businesses accounts.
Minpunten:
It would be nice if the save button / cancel button were consistently in the same spot. Sometimes it is on the the save button is first and then cancel button and others the cancel button is first and then the save button. I don't like how you can uncheck a task that has been completed so easily. A second step would be helpful. Also name, date and time stamp of who completed task or when task was marked uncompleted would be helpful.

I can't change the Calendar to a Monday start.

You have to first talk to a bot not a person if you need help. If the bot can't help then you can chat with a person when they have time. Frustrating that getting help takes so long.
