The ease at which data can be pulled and from it is something I miss very much since we have transitioned to a different program. From my understanding, my workplace purchased a fairly low-level package, but we were able to operate well with it. I can only imagine how much that would have improved had we increased our package rather than switching to a still-developing ERP that is ultimately struggling to keep up with our public sector/public safety needs.
