Best PDF Editor for Business Documents, Converter as well.

Opmerkingen: I love it and have one at home and at the office. I will continue to use it on a regular basis. There are a LOT of functions and features that I am not even aware of it doing. I keep learning more of them daily.

Pluspunten:

I love how easy it is for me to turn Word Documents into PDF's. I create reports with this software multiple times per day. I use it anytime I need to edit a document, sign something, change something, move something around. It does it all.

Minpunten:

For some reason, my software does not have a "White-Out" Option and my boss' does. We bought the same version???

Opmerkingen: Foxit PDF SDK and their game-changing PDF management features has been at the core of our Research Digitization and Library project which came as an afterthought after we casually chanced upon the feature in an online resource video. So then, we have Foxit to thank for all the institutional funding we have raised through that project since its inception.

Pluspunten:

The optical character recognition feature has been the single most powerful and productivity enhancing feature introduced in new versions of Foxit PDF SDK. It has allowed us to easily manage and review content of digitized research reports from sources that only had hard copies in storage. With this, we are steadily building a unique library of lost research materials that are not only readable, but searchable and can also be edited.

Minpunten:

Some component features were updated only for Windows 10 Systems, and this resulted in some difficulties in getting the entire team to collaborate effectively since some were using different operating systems that weren't compatible.

Did not like

Opmerkingen: I used it to edit a PDF Document. It got the job done.

Pluspunten:

The one feature that was most important to me was to be able to edit PDF documents. I downloaded the free trial of this software from a recommendation of a colleague. I was hoping to really like it and be able to integrate it into my office, but the features just did not meet my needs. I was able to edit the documents that I needed, however.

Minpunten:

It is possible, that because I have been using Adobe for years, that I went into this software a little biased. But, I did not like this software at all. It was not user friendly, and it looked a like I was using something from the early 2000s. It just was too hard to figure out and I really didn’t like the layout of it.

Foxit PDF Software is great in it own way

Opmerkingen: 1. Foxit PDF Software Development Kit makes myself and my clients PDF documents handling very easy. You know adjusting a PDF file can be difficult without the right tool but Foxit PDF Software Development Kit removes that difficulty.

Pluspunten:

1. I have used It for many months and it is very easy to use. 2. I love the multiple platform comparability. I recently changed from windows to Linux and Foxit was there to move with me to the new platform. 3. I am very fascinated with the document format conversion features. 4. I can edit everything and anything on my document.

Minpunten:

1. The software crashes sometimes. Maybe that's from my computer or not, I am not sure. 2. I think the customer support response time should be improved upon too

Pluspunten:

All PDF editing and security capabilities for a fraction of the cost. Easy to integrate with document management systems. layout is very user friendly as it mirrors microsoft office, but non cloud based digital so you can own the license.

Minpunten:

occasion bugs and system glitches, but are always handled very quickly by the IT team.
