I usedthe option that allows me to group devices like I was used to when I used BeyondTrust Bomgar. It is a great tool without any need for customer support to guide you through setup. It also offers MFA which is a great option for users needing a secure remote access option. Lastly, value\!\!\! It is very valuable as a government agency that has a fixed budget. I have been and will continue to recommend this product
