The idea is what I like most about Vish.

> **Minpunten**: We are constantly slowed down by bugs and issues they always say are user error or "updates". They offered auto synching to the main system, phorest. After an entire year of havng the feature, they started charging for this feature. Seems a bit grabby to us. We have three locations and the added fee is no small sum.

> Eh. Customer service is mediocre. Software is buggy and we run into a lot of issues that slow our staff down. Planning to start looking at changing to one of the competitor software program due to these issues.

> **Pluspunten**: I love that vish saves my exact color formula everytime I mix up and eliminates guess work. Its helpful to see all of the color choices written down when Im creating formulas.

> **Minpunten**: Vish does not correspond well with the salon software we use. I have some trouble with reweighs transferring from the first appointment into future appointments.
> 
> Overall i think vish is completely worth it. I would love to see them evolve the app and make some improvements but I will probably still be using it until then.
