> **Pluspunten**: The ease of implementing it for all employees within our company. The most positive review from operators is that they can input a work order from their phones. They love that they no longer have to have their supervisor enter it.

> **Minpunten**: The web page is not automatically updated when left open all day.  I prefer to have the easiest, no thought processes, in the tools I use.  I am not a fan of it not being refreshed when I get to my desk

> I am very pleased with MaintainX. There has not been one concern I have had. Once the work order requester was available to all operators, the communication between operators and maintenance techs opened immediately. Our downtime tracking for our KPI's became more accurate the moment it was implemented.
