Viator connected instantly and synced all bookings, but then... what about the rest: Airbnb, GYG, Website bookings? After a slight panic, I decided to contact Bokun support by chat. This was the shocking part... Integrations break all the time.&#10;&#10;Bookings have dropped since we started using them because Viator is stealing the data, which is their parent company, so they can get people booked there and then hit you with fees. Overall, awful company, awful experience, awful team. Old school legacy software.

Everything broke all the time, you lost money, and then they would blame you.
