> **Minpunten**: There is NO customer support. The only way to contact is via their sales contact form. One day the product literally stopped working - couldn't log in due to a page error. Emailed them twice via their contact form and no response. Several days later the page started working again. A few weeks later is is broken again.
> 
> My overall experience has been poor. I've been unable to access the product due to an error and there is no customer support. Besides that, the user interface is dated and so is the look of the invoices. I will no longer be using this product and do not recommend.

> Until it became unusable, I loved it.  Losing all of my data and access to the account was devastating.
