Opmerkingen: Overall its been a good relationship over the past 15years, where we struggle is speed to market for version upgrades and support is slow to react to our needs. Lastly tighter account relationships would be great for advanced tech and roadmaps for how we can align to strengthen the product and client satisfaction
Pluspunten:
That at its core it does what it needs to do for base Order to Cash requirements for the Transportation vertical.
Minpunten:
Not a platform that is advancing and keeping up with latest technology advancements! No Automation, RPA, ML and AI light on adapting open API's to allow for more integrations of advanced tools and making API management more native to the platform. EDI is a bear to work with, modern real time tools like mobile drivers applications and document management
Top of the line TMS!
Opmerkingen: I have used this product for 3.5 years and have loved it. My company just recently purchased another one to replace this one but I am very unhappy about that. The new one is very tiny and it spins and spins, taking too long to do anything. I really hate to lose Innovative!
Pluspunten:
Very easy to use and big enough to see. It is very user friendly.
Minpunten:
Sometimes it times out, but that only happens about once a day.
Horrible company with horrible product
Opmerkingen: I wouldnt recommend the peoplenet/trimble eld equipment to my worst enemy. Horrible experience and a huge waste of money.
Pluspunten:
Live person answers the phone when you call in
Minpunten:
Useless equipment. Support never has answers or solutions for equipment that never runs or works.

Opmerkingen: Overall it is a good Product. I find it easy to use and easy to find what you need to review.
Pluspunten:
Easy to use, keeps track of everything you need.
Minpunten:
Sometimes hard to get logged in. Cuts out on the road periodically. Not loud enough when Load Offer comes through. Hard to hear if sleeping.
Relliability
Opmerkingen: I have been a dedicated user of Trimble since the 1990's, very easy to navigate and train fellow employees.
Pluspunten:
I know that I can call support and issues will get resolved quickly
Minpunten:
Minor quirks, like files locking up orders and equipment.
