A Top-notch Platform for Seamless Messaging
Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Telnyx Suite has been excellent. The platform offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy to send international SMS. Pluspunten:
Before Telnyx, I struggled with other platforms for sending international SMS. They were confusing and hard to use. Even with customer support, I couldn't figure it out. But with Telnyx, the online chat support was a game-changer. I could quickly get help, including screenshots, making setup a breeze.
Minpunten:
The impossibility of sending messages in bulk through Learn and Build option.

Customer service is amazing. I have had a few problems in the little over a year I have been using Telnyx and they have been a great help solving them. Most of the problems were my fault in my settings.
Minpunten:
One of the times I was having problems the chat on their website was not working so I had to find their support number. Their support number is not well advertised. I think it should be in the header of all logged in pages.
Awful customer service

Minpunten:
Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their [sensitive content hidden] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

The system is self configured and does not have delays waiting for activation and configurations to be enabled.

The Onfido identification plugin does not work with some android devices.

Telnyx covers all the possible scenarios you might have. It works like a charm and the support is actually good!

Telnyx's own transcription engine doesn't cover the full capability like the Google transcription engine.

New User for an existing client
Opmerkingen: It seems great to have an alternative to Twilio, we may end up also providing clients an option for both services... only because of the well know use of Twilio and its brand recognition.
Pluspunten:
We intend to replace a 3rd party service... hoping to cut to less than half the cost. By creating an in-house solution for the client. Who sends about 1700 Daily announcements to participants, regarding Non-Profit Fundraising Events...
Minpunten:
So far it has taken a couple of week to establish high volume texting.. It seems will work for us at 50 messages per minute. But not at the initial testing of 10 messages per minute..
SMS notification setup
Opmerkingen:
I'm grateful that standing up a company-wide SMS notification could be done in just a couple of days. When I opened a ticket about moving a number, the support was thorough, courteous and helpful in general. Compared to Twilio, I would recommend Telnyx, especially if you are interested in cellular solutions.
I made our own SMTP-to-SMS gateway easily.

I like how easy the messaging API is to use and the support and documentation is excellent. Tons of features for most use cases!
Minpunten:
I ran into some bugs with the advanced features, such as sub-users and managed accounts. Those are obscure features for most users, however, and irrelevant to most.)

Telnyx helps me with calls from mobile number. I very need it and with Telnyx, I can add mobile number to verified mobile numbers and make call from it.

Opmerkingen: In my experience this is a top messaging platform that you cannot go wrong with. It beats out competitors in significant categories such as the price and customer service.
Pluspunten:
The price per message is lower than many alternative within the SMS marketing sphere. Customer support was also quick to respond and helpful on every occasion that I contacted them.
Minpunten:
I would have wished the billing details to be more in-depth. I can view my current balance and past money deposited but that’s about it. Other API services have detailed overviews of every message sent.

Self Setup and reliability of service is a plus. Really nice customer support quick turn around and good documentation for FAQ and setup guide.

The Prices are still comparatively not that cheap and I had setup multiple meetings to get some discounts but no one joined. will try to reach another sales and see if i can get better pricing.

I think what I like best about your team is how knowledgable [sensitive content hidden] are with helping us get our 10DLC campaigns approved. Hard work is something I very much admire and I can easily tell [sensitive content hidden]are working very hard and even will dedicate a Friday evening to making sure we are fully informed, that's a true story. Brand registration and 10DLC Campaign approvals are very complex and hard to understand in the beginning however [sensitive content hidden] have been there for us every step of the day
