Surprised by so this product when looking for some alternative

Opmerkingen: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Opmerkingen: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

Pluspunten:

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Minpunten:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Amazingly Simple Access

Opmerkingen: I have been blown away how simple the program is to use and the functionality of things like file transfers, remote access, and mobile device apps for pc access. They have a new customer that will be a return customer!

Pluspunten:

The program has extremely easy setup and onboarding. I’m now in full control of my tech stack without the need to lug laptops all over creation.

Minpunten:

I wish the pricing was a bit more incremental. I’d really like to manage a few more devices but not as many as the next pricing tier.

Remote PC the best remote access experience

Nothing really so far it has been a great experience, we were using TeamViewer and Remote PC is much better, and it has become our application of choice for remote access.

Remote PC is Great!

Opmerkingen: Compared to what we have been using for years, this is much, much better! I would get kicked out all the time and have to reload it. Recently they changed and we could not download it with blacking it out.

Pluspunten:

We started with Remote PC 5 days ago and it's great! It is fast to login and dependable.

A program that is affordable and Easy to Use

Opmerkingen: I am extremely pleased with both the software and the company response to any difficulties with initial set up. Support is easy to access and the agents are very easy to deal with and very friendly.

Pluspunten:

I found it relatively easy to install and purchase. The regular subscription price is also reasonable and I was offfered a good discount on my first year subscription.

So far, I have no cons to covey. I have been able to use this software with ease.

Simple, cheap Remote access software

Opmerkingen: Great remote access for a fraction of the cost of others such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.

Pluspunten:

Price. Ease of use. Works across multiple devices and operating systems.

Minpunten:

Sometimes file transfer is slow and interrupts and needs to be restarted.

RemotePC is in, and TeamViewer is out.

Pluspunten:

Smooth, fast, and efficient. The job is hard enough, and we don't need another hurdle in support.

I can't find anything yet. We've already gone through two weeks of projects, and there haven't been any failures.

Great solution at an amazing price.

Easy to setup and train my employees and works great. Especially love the "performance" mode, we've had issues with other producst having too much lag, but Remote PC has made it feel like we're in the office even while working from home.

It's more customized for IT professionals, but once you get the hang of it, it works great for people like us using it to remote into our workstations from home.

For a personal user it was so easy to setup and use

The Best Ever

I tried too many apps like Anydesk, or Team Viewer, but both need authentication to accept remote requests, I am working on a VPS, and if I want to log in directly I must buy 30$ account a year. I found Remote PC cheap, simple, and effective solution to do that

This is the easiest and most affordable remote support solution out there. Install the full suite on the manangement computer and the Viewer client on the supported machines and log in and voila, you are managing remote clients securely and quickly

Nothing. No complaints. This is a solid product at the right price point per seat.

Excellence in remote control

Opmerkingen: I had the need to support a series of devices, with private IPs that accessed the network through LTE routers with private addressing, so alternatives that use NAT were not suitable for me. I tried RemotePC and it was brilliant, fast and efficient control of all equipment, for a very moderate price

The simplicity of use, and the possibility of installation by users with little knowledge and the number of alternatives and prices

To this day I have not yet found any cons, so far I have found in this software what I was looking for

RemotePC offers good speed, excellent features, multiple security options, and just works.

Windows RDP connector option is a paid add-on and the info (and pricing) is buried in the fine print.

The purchasing and installation process was very easy and straightforward. The configuration was very simple and you don't need to be an expert in IT to be able to configure it the way you want as it is self-explanatory. I like the convenience it provides and the hassle-free experience so far and the fact that you are able to screen share, effortlessly retrieve files and manage other computers as if you are sitting in front ot them makes my work more enjoyable and easy.

The performance of RemotePC relies heavily on the fact that you need to have a stable and reliable internet connection for seamless remote access. During peak hours or in areas where poor ad unstable internet connectivity, I sometimes experience lags, delays, or even disconnections.
