Opmerkingen: It was essential our new software was web-based and could be accessed from anywhere. Print Job Manager has given us the tools to grow our business and streamline our processes. Pressero has allowed us to make professional, fully customisable B2B sites for our clients, and eDoc is again a very user-friendly templating tool that our clients have loved to use.
Pluspunten:
We have been very impressed with Print Job Manager. It's an extremely user-friendly platform that has streamlined our workflow. We also run Aleyant's Pressero and Edoc builder and they integrate perfectly with Print Job Manager. What I've been most impressed with is their level of customer support. No question ever seems to be too small or annoying for the guys and they are always very prompt with their replies. If it's a question that requires further investigation they continue this on their end and keep you updated throughout the entire process. They really have put together an excellent team.
Minpunten:
We are yet to find something that we are unhappy with. Any problems that we've found, the team at Aleyant has been able to find the right solution for us.

Opmerkingen: Print Job Manager allowed us to quickly build an effective MIS system that linked to our B2B and B2C storefronts.
Pluspunten:
Alloyant's Print Job Manager was easy to use and was relatively straightforward to implement in our organization. The training is thorough and their support team is attentive and friendly. The uptake was easy for our employees... even for the non-techie ones. Print Job manager integrates nicely with their other product such as Pressero, for a complete MIS / web-to-print package.
Minpunten:
There are some limitations with the software, as with all software. Some of the templates are not as customizable as we would like. However if you are keen on customizing aspects of the software for your organization, their Pro Services Team can create a custom solution. I cannot say enough about their support. It is really good.
