> **Pluspunten**: We are a small startup that started last year backed by Y Combinator, the same accelerator that incubated Rippling. We use Rippling as our standard HR system and payroll management, which allows us to delegate tax deduction, health insurance, 401K without having to set it up from scratch. As part of the Y Combinator deal, we also get 1 year of free Founder Mode subscription which helps us evaluate the product at no cost which is excellent. Our fundamental reason for picking Rippling over other startup-focused HR companies was the maturity of the platform and their top tier sales team, which can be pushy at times but generally were quite helpful.

> **Minpunten**: The sales team was a bit pushy which was not fun. The other issue is that there is feature sprawl in the platform which makes it hard to navigate and worse makes it feel slow and bloated when 99% of those options are not needed for us as a small startup.

> The overall experience has been above average. as a fellow Y Combinator company they take care of their fellow alumni with their Founder Mode deal which gives you 1 year of all Rippling features for free to evaluate, along with excellent customer support directly over Slack.
