Zettle Was a Godsend

Pluspunten:

I no longer use Zettle but when I did it was everything it claims to be! It did everything from in store payments to online payments even On The Go payments! highly Recommend!

Minpunten:

the price change was not a deal breaker but did factor into my change of POS Systems.

Opmerkingen: Terrible. They PayPal account limitation is ridiculous and their app is terrible. A customer database was only recently added and it is very simple without good reports, and without the ability to upload existing customer information.

The card reader is inexpensive compared to others. The processing fees aren't bad.

Minpunten:

They are being unreasonable about putting a hold or what they call "Limit" on my PayPal account. They keep asking for information, I provide it and they take days to review it and then ask for more. It has been way too long that my legitimate business has not been able to withdraw MY money, or process credit card payments from my customers.

I did not use Zettle long enough to find a pro because it was difficult to transition from Paypal Business to Zettle.

Minpunten:

I had the older Paypal Business and that was discontinued and replaced with Zettle. It was not simple to migrate over and I left to accept payments another way.

Ditching PayPal

Opmerkingen: I enjoyed the low cost processing fees but PayPal Zettle lacks in so many ways and is limited in features.

Pluspunten:

Zettle by itself would be an excellent concept but I absolutely loathe having to deal with PayPal. I have a list of complaints as long as my leg with PayPal !

Minpunten:

The card processor and terminal tends to be very seedy and has technical issues more often than not. PayPal is very frowned upon these days and my customers do NOT like using it !

Streamlining sales and inventory even while you're awake

Opmerkingen: When we install the people zero it was free. As we get a long way you realize that there's more product and software to update and so forward. We begin to buy these many different softwares to keep up with our inventory or management. Everything money they kept us experience has been easy. Fast learning and it keeps you on track

They keep track of all the products inside your store and outside the store doesn't matter what anybody says. All you have to do is look at the data and honesty is kept within you and your boys and you make money

Minpunten:

Can't believe it's so free. Hopefully it's still doing great years from now. Are they improve? I know there's more room for improvement as far as I know. Love it!

For what it does - it works well

It's easy. The PayPal platform is a trusted and secure method of moving money from card transactions into bank accounts. Its nice to keep everything consolidated. The price of the equipment was very reasonable. if you use PayPal to make on-line transactions, you are paying the same type of fees, so it didn't seem that different when using a card. The hardware was easy to use and worked well. I never really had any issues.

Minpunten:

I was a small-time user, so maybe larger business can get better transaction rates, but the 3.5% fee and $0.49 transaction fee makes it on the expensive side. Credit card processing is-what-it-is and that make sit have when your selling $10 items. For more expensive transactions, the $0.49 was less impactful.

I like PayPal ZETTLE because it is easy to transfer money from my wallet to my Paypal account after sales every day. I have a good experience and I see it as the best alternative to paypal

Prob the start fee of 2.75 % per transaction but otherwise its good if you sell alot it lowers as well

PayPal Zettle

Pluspunten:

The software is super user friendly, anyone can use it. With a lot of businesses going cashless, and me being a PayPal Business Account, this was a no brainer to easily connect to accept payments. The payment go straight into your PayPal account, which makes it alot easier.

Minpunten:

Sometimes if you do not have a strong internet connection, it is hard to get the app to start up right away. If the internet connection is weak, it could take paymets a little longer sometimes. These things did not happen all the time to me, but were the only problems I ever had.
