Great tool, great support

Opmerkingen: overall the tool has been a great discovery, i think is one of the best platform for travel management, and the in depth analytics allow for an efficient cost control

Pluspunten:

the tool is very easy to use both from admin and user side, but the customer support is the real deal here. Both the commercial and the technical support available from the platform are irreplaceable

Minpunten:

sometimes travels failed to be completed due to seats being already taken, is a minior issue but one i hope travelperk will be able to fix soon

First impressions

Opmerkingen: For the user, the tool is very intuitive, great usability, very easy to use without training.For the travel manager, the tool has many configurable policies that guarantee control and compliance.Customer care service is fast and efficient.

The only item missing is the travel insurance offer.

complete waste of money

Pluspunten:

I have paid for what I was told was a weeks accommodation at a range of hotels but I can’t get a location nor dates and the deal offers 3 days only. Not what was advertised. Also boho cruises are few and impossible to get, especially for front line staff when leave is not flexible. A complete waste of time and money.

Minpunten:

Can’t even use the money I have paid, feels like a scam

Has taken a lot of pain out of corporate travel but can still be improved

Opmerkingen: Customer service has been fantastic since the beginning - our sales rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was fantastic and helped us loads during setup and since then 99% of CS reps have been superb at solving problems fo us

Pluspunten:

Product is very intuitive for travellers to book travel that is within the companies budget and travel programme. The approval flow is extremely simple and centralised billing is super easy. The concierge service is great

Minpunten:

The lack of flexibility can be super annoying. On the premium feature it is setup so that TP get as many premium fees as possible so if you are booking a trip for 3 people and some need train travel to the airport and some don't you need to make a separate booking. Or if they are not doing the exact same nights in a certain hotel. I get why they do it but if TP really care for customer experience they will fix this (they are very adamant they won't be changing this)

Opmerkingen: Our CS was really nice, tried to answer our problems, but the system itself wasn't good enough.

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use when it come to pick your flight and book it.

Minpunten:

You can find flights in google and not in the system, which can give use loosing money. Costumer support was not good, very slowly and a lot of the time got an answer that nothing can be done.

Opmerkingen: Easy and time saving for booking trip for yourself and other team members

It’s the better way to check train, flight, hotels availability with few clicks

Minpunten:

There are not a complete lists of train to booking vs official train sites. Sometimes the number of trips available are less than the ones pubblished on official platforms

Travel Management tool and agency

Opmerkingen: In general terms I'm a common user, and I have to say that my experience during these 5 years is very positive. I have no complains about the user experience, the rates, the customization, the support team. I booked trips for individual employees, groups and myself, and the experience has been always positive.

Pluspunten:

The user experience is very positive: the navigation, the steps when you create an event, a trip, when you invite a new user or archive an old one. Is very easy to complete your settings and deploy your company policies and approval steps.There's a special kudos for the support team: changes, cancellations, time modifications, dates, upgrades... all these are very common, but the support team is always there to help you by chat, by email and they always have a solution.

Minpunten:

Basically, there's nothing to complain about. THe product is always growing, the product team is available to receive comments and chat about new features and impressions. Your agent manager is available 100% and you can ask all that you need.

Easy to use and excellent customer service

Best travel partner for our startup

Opmerkingen: I used travel perk for several years. I was in charge of implementing it in my company and create the travel policies and self service process. Before that we used traditional agencies and we had 2 people fully focus on booking trips.
Once I implemented Travel perk we did a self service process and those 2 people were able to put their work on something more valuable

Maybe the billing section was not as good as other parts. For example, once we had credit in our favor but I was able to see how I was expending that credit and I had to ask the account manager all the time

The first time that I looked for travel the app didn't show me results by train and had to exist few.

Travel Perk review ?

Opmerkingen: Always was a positive experience even when issues arose.
Always found what I wanted or better, from having transitioned to other mediums for professional transit, moving to TP was a great deal for all users (and I assume related managers). Seemingly better value for money, but certainly smoother operations for us users.

Pluspunten:

-Customer Support ! Always professional, quick and actually supportive. Cases are handled with care and depth. CS sometimes proactively reaches out. -Smooth and user friendly.

Minpunten:

-I have experienced hotels being listed although they do not use TravelPerk

If you want to save money and time, choose Travelperk

Opmerkingen: We tried the platform for several weeks, playing with the rules, options, doing some different travels. During these last years have improved their support por Spanish companies for taxes and reports. Simply works.

Pluspunten:

It's easy. Easy to use, easy to manage and easy to save money with the right choice on time.

Minpunten:

Local support in several countries is centralized in an english call-center. It could be an issue for some users.

Best travel management system yet

Opmerkingen: I work for a small company and I always make urgent and last minute bookings for clients and staff. I am so impressed with the ease and efficiency Travelperk has to offer. We are able to book flights and hotels with ease.

Pluspunten:

Travel perks is great for small to medium size businesses that make group travel bookings easy to manage and saves time and money.

Minpunten:

I did not find any flaws. I am happy with everything that they offer. I would not change a thing

Minpunten:

Customer support never resolves issues during live calls, but 100% say we'll get back to you via email without giving an estimate of when. (despite being asked to provide estimates)

What a Simplified process!

Opmerkingen: Simple... that's it... the difficulty in the booking and search process is taken away.

It was easy to read and the whole system was very well laid out fro start to finish

Nothing to honest, it was a simplified process from start to finish with each step in the process clearly laid out.

First time TravelPerk user

Opmerkingen: Overall it was a positive experience that makes company travel easier.

Pluspunten:

It was easy to book the hotel and the airplane for my upcoming business trip. It was transparent and clear.

Minpunten:

There were several misalignments: for example, in my airplane ticket it was written that the registered luggage was included while according to the Travelperk reservation, it was not; I received an email that I had to provide aTravelPerk credit card to the hotel, but I did not have to; TravelPerk sent me an invite for the online check-in too late.

Love it!

Pluspunten:

I recently discovered the event feature and I love it, as it will make my job a lot easier!!

Minpunten:

That it takes long to load when approving a trip, although I do understand it's because you are checking availability

Business travel made easier than personal trips

Pluspunten:

It's designed well, easy to use, and has all the features you may need to book your business trip right in the app: flights, trains, rental cars, hotels, etc. If you want to book something outside the app (an Airbnb, an airport transfer or something), there's even a Concierge service that can do it for you. Very convenient, definitely recommend!

Minpunten:

Once I needed to cancel a flight because my business trip was canceled, but I still needed that flight for personal reasons. Because the cancelation needs to be first processed by TravelPerk, it's much slower than canceling with the airline directly, which means you don't know if that ticket is going to be available on the airline's website and when. Somebody else can end up buying it before you get the chance. So I had to find a different flight. But that's a very specific situation. So no hard feelings.

End User one Skeptical now go-to app

The setup of the product felt intensive but once sorted ended up being a great app for our team.

Minpunten:

I don’t like when reservation numbers collected by the app don’t integrate with local airline reservations.

All company travel booking and costs in one place!

Opmerkingen: I do not have to pay out of pocket, gain approval manually, and wait to be reimbursed for travel costs. I am able to book and manage all travel and lodging through the app quickly and easily and transparently for my company to see.

Pluspunten:

I am pleased with the hotel, train, and flight options available in all locations for booking. I like that I can do all of this through the app.

Minpunten:

I don’t like that once booked, a ticket for the airline or train is not emailed to me.

Best Travel booking tool out there!

Opmerkingen: I absolutely love TravelPerk! It was a super easy implementation and easy to use as an end-user.

Pluspunten:

User experience is just like that of an Expedia or Kayak. So easy to use and filter flights or hotels just to see exactly what you want to be available. The ability to change plans is super easy and can be done from the app. Administrative abilities are super easy as well! Oh it's also SUPER CHEAP!

Minpunten:

The thing i like the least is that it is a European software so everything is in 24 hours and Euros and that has to be changed by the individual in their settings. i receive more questions about that than I do anything else. I wish I could just go in and fix for them.

one time when i want to change my flight, it is impossible I have to book a second ticket.
