I have nothing to complain about Numbers. It solved the requirements that I have whenever I used it.

Opmerkingen: I've been using numbers for about 15 years for data and function for my dance studio.

Pluspunten:

I love working on my mac and love that numbers was an easy switch from excel, although I still use both.

Numbers - easy to get started and get organised! Highly recommend.

Opmerkingen: I found it possible to dive straight in, start making spreadsheets and then learn more as I a went along simply by googling "how to....in numbers". As with any new software it took a little while to become really comfortable with it, but the ability to get started straight away felt positive and motivated me to keep going! This began entirely for business purposes but I now love my spreadsheets so much, I have created several from my personal admin and household organisation - quick and easy and makes one feel in control! :-)

Pluspunten:

It's relatively easy to use, more intuitive than excel and works well for my fairly basic needs and I know I can do more with it if and when the need arises.

Minpunten:

Nothing to complain about really! I wish the basic "new file" had slightly bigger cells and the filled cells defaulted to a colour other than grey, but really these are very minor issues which are quite easy to change.

A great tool - but I'm using Google Sheets more often now

Opmerkingen: A quality app, but needs a UX rethink: Google Sheets is more intuitive. The iCloud syncing needs to be reliable.

Pluspunten:

I have used Numbers for many years and it is a very high-quality tool. The in-app support (e.g. with formulae) is helpful, and I have learned a lot as a result! It is straightforward to make the sheets and charts look really good, including using brand colours. I like that Numbers is a native app on my devices, and the hand-off means I can access it on desktop, laptop and phone.

Minpunten:

The syncing with iCloud has been a bit patchy recently. I don't expect bugs like this to happen with Apple: their stuff so often works perfectly, and doesn't need defragging. I use Google Sheets as well as Numbers and am finding that the interface in Sheets is more intuitive than Numbers - for example, when manipulating data. The sharing and collaboration works really well too.

A Lite Microsoft Excel

Opmerkingen: We've had to use this program on an apple device's when alternative programs were not available to use or purchase due to our IT policies.

Pluspunten:

It's overall a good program for an apple product.That comes stock on a device and and has the basic functions of a normal microsoft excel.

Minpunten:

It is by no means microsoft excel and definitely lacks in some of the functionality and features that users are so dependent on within microsoft's well known program

The best for spreadsheets

Opmerkingen: Numbers does all it needs to for me I use Numbers for all my admin tasks

Easy to use with all the necessary functions, easy to set up for invoices, estimates etc

Numbers does all I need it to do, no cons found

It works wonderfully as a spreadsheet should. Many options and features but is easy to navigate for even simple tasks.

I wish Numbers was web based so I could share and collaborate.

Numbers app - an alternative to Excel

Opmerkingen: Have not used it much, but overall a pretty, handy software that comes free within the Apple ecosystem.

Pluspunten:

Numbers from Apple is fun to use, intuitive, and has a clean, visually appealing interface.

Minpunten:

Compared to Excel, Numbers does lack some features, however option to export to Excel is the saving grace.

Numbers for a non-mathematician in a Law Firm

Opmerkingen: It has been amazing. Aside from the real time collaboration thing, is a trustworthy tool. Quite trustworthy. You're aware you won't find yourself with a damage document or something that is not working for any reason at all. This is why I use it to handle important AOS or Criminal cases. I know numbers will not let down and the sense of privacy that the Numbers creator provides is even better. Feels like a powerful and safe playground for important data.

Pluspunten:

What I like the most is how user friendly it is due to is UI. Numbers has always characterized itself for being simple but being a powerful tool for data and information. In the Law Firm I work at I have to constantly retrieve data from clients who find themselves in complex situations outside of their country of origin, so not having to deal with an overwhelming UI makes it easier and less stressful for me to use the tool without having to deal with lots of tools I don't really need for case administration stuff. Later, when the time has to, I can either use the information for me or choose a beautiful template from Numbers. They're amazing

Minpunten:

What I like the least about Numbers is that although exporting is easy and useful, many times I would like to share the document so other paralegals, psychologists or attorneys can see it in real time from their devices. The issue? Compatibility and access requirements. Technology is amazing nowadays but not everyone has an Apple product. Although they can see it from the iCloud website, many times they'll require an Apple ID. There have been many times where I have even wanted to share documents to edit with people who have an Apple ID but permission management and alerts for some reason are not easy to visualize or to manage, probably there's missing more customization and attention from that side.

Royal history numbers review

Opmerkingen: My overall experience has been very good. I very much enjoy syncing with icloud so I can use my many devices. At the beginning I had a few problems with sending numbers to my colleagues that use windows but I quickly got over this. The biggest benefit I found was that easy to understand and make my tables.

Pluspunten:

I find that numbers is very easy to use and understand. If there are any problems there is customer service which is very helpful. Integration with other apps is streamline and straight. Desired features would be an Ai bot for when I forgot things or my layout is ugly

Minpunten:

At times I forget where menu items or other things are and some are difficult to find so I think an Ai bot that can help me would be of benefit. I also find it a little hard to understand how to use the advance features - I don't use them so training videos online would be of great help also the help centre needs changing. Idont like it as I cant find what I am looking for and the advice is too limited.

Its ME Review

Decent mathematics app

Opmerkingen: Overall not bad for the price point. I would say it’s worth it’s value but if you want something more complex look elsewhere

Pluspunten:

It’s pretty cheap and does a good job of importing and exporting

Minpunten:

The data visualization is a bit more limited so I use other apps for that function

Great for business tracking

Is that it came installed on my computer and ipad

The only complaint is that it won’t work on older devices.

Numbers by Apple

Pluspunten:

Numbers" by Apple has really improved my experience with spreadsheets compared to other software I've used before. One thing I love is how easy it is to create and manage my projects due to its user-friendly interface. The fact that multiple people can work on the same sheet together in real-time is a huge plus.

Minpunten:

To be extremely honest there is nothing that I liked the least I am fan of it.

Opmerkingen: I remember when Numbers came out. It was basic, but so user friendly. And themes lookeed great. this is the positive point of numbers.

Pluspunten:

I consider that for simple things, numbers are the most valid option, which translates into day-to-day life. It is true that if you need something more complex, it may not be the best option. But since this is not my case, I am happy with numbers.

Minpunten:

Numbers app for Mac doesn't let you open & save .csv files directly... you have to first save as a .numbers file and/or do the extra step of File -> Export To -> CSV.

I like how easy it is to create a data spreadsheet on my iPhone thanks to Numbers by Apple

Some more flexibility with regards to manuvering and usage of this program

It is not a universal system so conversion to Excel can be a problem for some.

I've been using numbers now for awhile and feel its just as good as if not better than excel. There are more functions and its ease of use is unparalleled.

It was all around good, with the only caveat being i had to stick within apple.

Another Apple App

Pluspunten:

I like that it emulates other spreadsheet platforms, making it easy to transition to if needed.

Minpunten:

The file exportation goes wrong a lot, and the format and structure gets all messed up.

Opmerkingen: I was able to accomplish many files and data due to the ease of recovery and easy access to data anywhere and at any time

easy to use and It can start with what you want to do, easy to retrieve data and information, easy to save and retrieve

It does not use artificial intelligence and cannot automatically correct phrases

Opmerkingen: Really, like all Apple products, I love it.

In my case I use it a lot with the iPad, which allows me a much higher integration and fast and good results.

sometimes file compatibility may fail, which is normal between apple and other brands

Good software if you have an Apple device but still worse than Google Sheets or Excel

Opmerkingen: Working with Numbers feels nice, it is beautiful and to perform stunning presentations it's just the best software but to work with big data or where you have to do many calculations, I feel like I have to trust Excel or Google Sheets more.

Pluspunten:

The visual aspect is good, it is just beautiful and it's very nice to do some company reports because it's like mixing Canva with Excel, it takes the best from both softwares in the more hardcore tools but also the aesthetic.

Minpunten:

It does not have that many functions or features than Excel or Google Sheets and some plots are not correctly shown afterwards in these others softwares.
