Opmerkingen: Highly recomended for time tracking specialy with part timers, freelancers >> you can produce a detailed report with the tasks as well as the cost in one report, PDF or Excel export are avaialbel even with free account.
Pluspunten:
Free version is very good, tracking of time and working time log are very easy and flixable , reports are very helpfull
Minpunten:
Tracker has no uper limit to stop at even you forgot to stop it for days (continiously) Not very powerfull with task tracking where there are no tastk status or team calloperation of tasks, as least in free account

Hi Hend Abdalla, Thank you for your review. With the current design of the app, the timer will run until the user clicks on the stop button. As per task status, kindly note that if you are the admin of your workspace and you have tasks under your projects, you can check task status under the project status page. A crucial tool for time measurement and billing
Opmerkingen: I used it for a non-profit company and to manage the time-sheets of distant teams in different countries on two parallel projects (apps for refugees in France and Belgium). Without this program, I don't know how I could have delivered these timesheets.
Pluspunten:
The intuitive navigation and setup features. It's very easy to track your work and bill your work by project and customer. Even the free version can help a small structure or a single entrepreneur.
Minpunten:
When you want to make a specific report, you sometimes have to search for the proper setup. But, I would say, it's a common problem with a lot of pieces of software.
My Overall Experience
Opmerkingen: Clockify makes it easier for folks at the company I work for and myself to generate a timesheet report for any specific period. Normally payroll would ask us for a monthly time report before they pay us so this comes in handy plus it's very simple to generate with just a few clicks.
Pluspunten:
As an end-user who uses this software every day, I'd say it's pretty simple to use and makes time tracking easy. My company decided to replace our previous time tracking software with Clockify just over two years ago and it didn't take long before the rest of the employees began using it. Credit should be given to its easy UI compared to the previous software we used which looked complicated and took some training. So overall I'd recommend this to business owners looking to make time tracking easy for their employees and themselves.
Minpunten:
The only problem I have with software lol is that when I forgot to stop the timer before I sign off for the day it kept running all through the night until I manually stop it the next day. As a Sofware developer, my suggestion would be to learn how the user tracks time through some kind of pattern and show some a notification to let the user know that the timer was left running and silently pause it for them.

Hi Chavez, thank you for your review! While the web version cannot stop the timer automatically, you can opt in to receive the email if you have a long-running timer. To enable this, click on your icon in the top right corner and enable the option in Email settings. Additionally, the Chrome extension has the option to stop the timer when you close the browser, and also, the macOS app has the option to stop the timer when you shut down the Macbook. We are also working on implementing this feature on the Windows (Beta) app.

Its very easy to use without being invasive to someone's privacy. You can easily track projects and tasks. I really like the graphics and visuals it gives you which help your productivity.
Minpunten:
I love everything, I honestly would not change anything. Maybe being able to put in a time stopper, like if you go more than 10 hrs to automatically stop
Clockify is a must for per hour billing
Opmerkingen: Once I tried Clockify, I couldn’t turn back. It’s an amazing tool to track time spent in projects and even calculates how much a client owes based on hour hourly fee for that client. I like that you can easily export a report for the client too.
Pluspunten:
I absolutely love how simple Clockify is to use. It helps me keep clear documentation of how long I’m spending on client projects, particularly projects where billing is per hour, so I can export the timesheets and share with the client. I find it makes me more productive too, seeing a visual representation of what I’m working on during the day.
Minpunten:
When you make errors to time entries, you have to go fix them manually, however I don’t find this to be too much of an issue.
