Pluspunten:
Easy to build lists and export across to Salesforce. In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
Minpunten:
Sometimes the UX around searches vs lists is a bit tricky when you compare it to other modern prospecting products. This workflow could be a bit more seamless, and I'd love better connectivity to platforms like Slack to enable our SDRs to receive notifications a bit more proactively.

Opmerkingen: ZoomInfo is currently helping the marketing and sales team solve business problems related to data and information. Our sales team relies heavily on it to generate cold leads; to do this, we collect accurate contact information, including company email, phone number, account details and any other relevant details related to projects within companies. It's everywhere. In marketing and sales, we put it into practice.
Pluspunten:
The flowchart is the part I appreciate the most. I like that the reports can be displayed along with additional information about who is submitting them. Since I can now get in touch with the right people, this greatly improves the sales process. Thanks to the daily or weekly triggers, I don't have to spend too much time on reports, which is great. When it comes to account and contact data, ZoomInfo really shines. All the information provided is accurate and actionable. The reporting tools and dashboards are exceptional and provide a wealth of useful information.
Minpunten:
Loading contacts into our CRM has been a bit of a challenge for me. Sometimes the activation subscription sends an email with all the necessary details, but other times, it just provides the same information again.

Information is inaccurate. Lists are difficult to scrub. New version makes drilling into company contacts much more difficult. Get more value out of a simple google search.

ZoomInfo.com promised cell phone numbers for HR buyers and they literally “argued” with me about providing them when we maybe received 25% AND they charged me more! Further I told them I had my own list of buyers and didn’t just want arbitrary company hr buyers yet I received I guess any HR buyer. We immediate reached out after first trying and seeing what was occurring and it was never resolved. The initial person we spoke to is not there and the guy we met with said he had all recordings but didn’t acknowledge our issue and frustration within the very first week. Then sent our account to collections because they essentially sold us something they could not deliver yet wants us to still pay when we didn’t even use it after the 1.5 months. They were untrustworthy and untruthful to simply get a sale. I’m going to find the [sensitive content hidden] and send a similar response because they need to know about this! We reached out to them immediately after purchase as we didn’t have a chance to “see” before we bought😡!

Zoominfo gives free credits that some other tools do not offer, and they only offer 5 or 10 credits. I thus enjoy Zoominfo

Good product
Opmerkingen: My experience with ZoomInfo has been solid. There have been some bumps, but when I communicated my experience and dissatisfaction with them in an appropriate way their team acted appropriately and reasonably to accommodate my concerns. They have a strong customer service team, and I would recommend this product to anyone looking to utilize a system like this who is willing to spend the money.
Pluspunten:
ZoomInfo is a very solid product and their service offerings are ever-expanding. I think they realize that they have been the major player in the market for a while now, however the market is starting to catch up, so they are adding new features, focusing on what their customers want and features they will utilize in order to offer them or better product and more streamlined system.
Minpunten:
The system is very expensive and the data accuracy is not the best. These are really my only two complaints. Although they are big ones, you will find the same issues with data in any provider you go to, no matter their claims. Some will be better than others, but then they will be lacking in other areas.
ZoomInfo is a great tool, but ...
Opmerkingen: Overall it has worked well. I did consider integrating with our CRM to add complete contact details when we had information missing, but it made me nervous with privacy laws so I did not do that. Overall the software works well and does what it should, I just wish there was a little more flexibility with segmentation so all companies could be found in a specific market.

I really like that I can look up complete contact details for individuals we've talked with but may not have complete info.
Minpunten:
The only thing I've found that I don't like is that when I compare information from ZoomInfo with other platforms like Dunn & Bradstreet, D&B is able to find more companies and contacts than ZoomInfo. However, to be fair, it works the other way around too where ZoomInfo finds some that D&B does not. I wish the segmentation could be more broad, then drill down from there.

Redenen om over te stappen op ZoomInfo Sales: We also considered IIR and Dunn & Bradstreet. We went with D&B and ZoomInfo as they had the most accurate company and contact details.

Opmerkingen: Disaster. Their sales strategy is to promise a lot, give big discounts to get you to sign, eventhough they know thay can't deliver. The only advice is NOT TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT with them.

Nothing. They can't deliver the data they sell.
Minpunten:
Zoominfo promises high data quality but it is very poor. Everything is possible in the sales process. After signing the contract, they do not live up to their promises at all and threaten legal action etc. even though they are fully aware that they cannot deliver what they have sold. Their onboarding employee said " we know that the dataquality in Europe is poor due to GDPR", but still they promise 95% correct data.
ZoomInfo: All Talk, No Action!
Opmerkingen: ZoomInfo turned out to be a masterclass in over-promising and under-delivering. I was baited by their shiny claims of superb lead generation and marketing tools, but once they got my money, the reality was as lackluster as a burnt-out bulb. The features they boasted about? More like a mirage.Don’t get me started on their “customer support.” I've had more engaging conversations with a brick wall. Emails, phone calls, social media - all ignored. Meanwhile, they have no problem spamming me with their own messages.I wouldn't wish this level of frustration on anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for services that actually care about their customers and can back up their claims with real action.

Zoominfo SalesOs It's got plenty of features like, contact and account search along with that Formcomplete which is my fav feature, it will reduce the form fields to only email and once the for submitted by leads it do the email matching and once that email matches with the Zoominfo database it will push additional information from DB to connect CRM or Mark Automation tool

Opmerkingen: Overall, it is a decent lead generation tool, but it can improve. There are many other tools that do the same as zoominfo. It is a good tool for some industries except pharmaceutical and clinical trial industries.

ZoomInfo SalesOS - Identify and Qualify your Sales for a great end to end experience!
Opmerkingen: Log in, set up my criteria and being to bring in the qualified leads I need to make our business grow!

Ease to identify and qualify leads which are truly actionable and result in conversations that lead to true sales.
Minpunten:
Have to toggle to HubSpot for some of our other sales needs so it isn't a one stop sales shop for us but the qualification of leads is worth the extra applications.
My experience with Zoominfo SalesOS

This is a great resource for accessing data and enriching leads for an organisation. Basic info such as Competitive landscape, industry, latest trends, revenue, etc.. provide a really good source of information for research.
Minpunten:
Sometimes leads data/contact info is outdated. This needs to be worked upon
Zoom through prospecting with ZoomInfo
Opmerkingen: Overall the experience with ZoomInfo has been great. We transitioned from legacy DiscoverOrg, which, was very outdated and limited us to only a specified amount of accounts and their information. ZoomInfo has opened us up to a whole new world when it comes to prospecting.
Pluspunten:
The ZoomInfo platform is super user friendly. The UX is very intuitive and easy to learn. We primarily use ZoomInfo for exporting lead contact information into our Salesforce CRM. We also enable alerts on target accounts to give us up-to-date information on the account that we use in outreach—keeping us relevant in our personalized communications to leads.
Minpunten:
Not a major pain point, but the integration with Salesforce does not use "fuzzy" logic. For example, if I am exporting a lead to an account that already exists in our Salesforce, but the account name in ZoomInfo differs slightly from what is in our Salesforce CRM, the accounts will not match. For example, an account might be named "Acme Inc." in ZoomInfo but we may have the account named "Acme" in our Salesforce. This will not pick up as a match, and then we will have to search for the Account, otherwise a new account will be created, creating a duplicate record.
Lead Gen basis Intent
Opmerkingen: It's been dull, I still believe that Zoominfo has the best potential to provide a database but things like customer support needs to improve given the cost of subscription is really high.

It has intent topics which I really liked, we could add upto 12 topics about our industry and it will provide companies which are searching for those topics in real time.
Minpunten:
It's very expensive and other than that the customer support is really not good.
Nice data plarform
Opmerkingen: We use Zoominfo mostly to enrich existing contact and lead data stored in our CRM. In the past, we also used for lead generation. We have been using the platform for the last couple of years and we don't feel like replacing it for another software so soon.
Pluspunten:
Salesforce integration, availability of contact data (emails and phone numbers), easy to search and enrich lists of records, chat support. . I also like that it has a Chrome plugin that enables the user identify companies through their website or LinkedIn profile
Minpunten:
The data is not always the most up to date (moreover regarding current company where a person works for). Also, it doesn't track job changes. A search for specific department would be nice too.
A Competitive Advantage
Opmerkingen: It has helped us generate lots of new business and help arm our salespeople so that they feel more confident

There are a ton of features and functions that provide so much information on current and potential customers. It makes use of all the data that can be mined through Google and other sources and provides them in a way that is useful and easy to consume.

It is a pricey product and it can be hard to get buy-in but the ROI definitely make it worth it
Wonderful Tool For Sales
Pluspunten:
Zoominfo, in my experience, is the industry leader on accurate prospect data. They consistently produce the best email, phone, and other contact information. The chrome extension is GREAT and makes quick lookups from Linked a breeze.
Minpunten:
It would be a huge improvement if integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn could be further built out to assist with holistic sales motions, rather than just trying to leverage Zoominfo by itself.
