Innago is heldere, gebruiksvriendelijke vastgoedbeheersoftware voor het beheer van je huurwoningen. Klanten zijn kleine, onafhankelijke verhuurders die één of twee werknemers hebben of alles zelf afhandelen. Ze hebben geen marketingteam of een IT-afdeling.
Vanaf het begin heeft het bedrijf deze kleine tot middelgrote verhuurders ontmoet en met hen samengewerkt om een toepassing te produceren die ze daadwerkelijk willen gebruiken. Dit platform vermijdt onnodige functies en is erop gericht jou tijd te besparen.

The accounting feature doesn’t yet pull in bank transactions for you to reconcile transactions but I’ve been told that feature is on the way.

Innago Property Management Software
Opmerkingen: Experience has been exceptionally straightforward. Easy to learn software.
Pluspunten:
Innago is free for the property manager/owner and is a full suite of tools required by property manager to run small to large rental properties.
Minpunten:
Application process needs to require applicants to fill out all requested items before submitting (such as referrals) Pre built lease would also be a huge win. Current model requires you to bring your own lease. Software to convert PDF lease to fillable form is easy to use.
Best Property Management software out there.
Pluspunten:
Excellent software for managing all my rentals. Excellent service support. Each time I called the support team I got a quick call back and my questions were answered. Maintenance function works great as well and the best of all is it's still for free!
Minpunten:
The only thing to improve is that the rent payments are takeing too long to deposit in my account.
Customer Service is on point
Opmerkingen: Customer service has been very good and responsive. Tenants seems to find the software easy to use.
Pluspunten:
Integration was simple and software is easy for tenants. Customer service is always quick and helpful.
Minpunten:
There are bugs in the software that are user facing, while they are resolved quickly it seems there needs to be further testing before deploying new features.

Great free property management software!
Pluspunten:
I did a lot of research on various property management softwares before going with Innago. Rent collection is seamless. It's very convenient for both landlords and tenants. The website is also user friendly! Overall, I'm happy with my decision!
Minpunten:
It's still missing a few features, but they have implemented some enhancements throughout the years, such as being able to return security deposits through Innago. Also, sometimes the website glitches when logging in. The app can also be improved!
