One of the best CRM's out there for Real Estate Agents

Keeps you on track and focused on reaching your sales goals and on time with marketing to your database
Minpunten:
There really isn't any cons to this CRM. It has everything built in and really easy to use even on your cellular device!

I liked that the CRM was included in my training course.
Minpunten:
It didn't track commissions in an accurate manner. The prediction of activity to close a sale was grossly inaccurate, for me anyway.

Needing improvement
Opmerkingen: The final piece of the puzzle that made our team want to switch was the customer support. It was slow and often not very helpful. For a company who's [SENSITIVE CONTENT] preaches "taking care of current clients to get future business" we didn't feel we taken care of.
Pluspunten:
I like that this software was accompanied by a direct mailing feature. That is not normal and our customers liked it.
Minpunten:
Campaigns were not reliable and for a realtor who wants to build and send their own content, this was not user friendly. Transaction management was not possible either, aside from how much money the agent made

I love that this software basically keeps track of your life! All transactions, notes, birthdays etc etc etc. Send mass emails, newsletters and much more!
Minpunten:
I don't have much that I dislike other than maybe it could catch you when entering duplicate contacts.

Great if your business is based on referrals
Opmerkingen: I have used this CRM, tried others and now I'm back for good. They keep all your contacts in the cloud so you don't have to re enter.
Pluspunten:
Goal tracking and letting me know each day where I am. IF I'm on track to meet or exceed my goals. I really like seeing the history of each contact.
Minpunten:
Not interfaced with my website or Facebook pages. No texting ap. I would like the leads from my website to link to this CRM automatically.
