> **Pluspunten**: It works with Continuum flawlessly.   Ticket making is great and there are a lot of options for how anyone needs to run their business and dispatch their techs.   Sales Items, Managed systems, etc all sync with Continuum perfectly.  Easy to make sure contracts are up to date with all the systems.

> **Minpunten**: UI needs rearranging/cleaning up but I know that's in the works but it's not bad at all.
> 
> It's been great for my business.  My other ticketing system worked but it didn't get the tickets from Continuum.  The rep is great and he is open to feedback and ideas about making his product better.

There are a lot of features which work well for the IT Industry.
Support from Computicate is excellent and they always find a solution to your problem.

> **Minpunten**: The servicedesk could be more organised. It looks a bit messy at times. I would like options to be able to click on other engineers tickets without having to set filters up.

> We are using this all day everyday and we don't have any issues that are getting in the way of us doing our jobs so for me it is a great tool and I would recommend it to any MSPs.
